The best doctor around. Excellent bedside manner. Office personnel is bad. Never return calls, and getting a renew script takes a week or more. After 5 years I am changing to another doctor. Don't ever leave a recorded message cause its a waste of breath. THEY NEVER GOT IT, they say every time. So sorry it came to this.

Dr. Robaina is a fine doctor. I have every confidence in him. On the other hand, his front office staff is the worst. He needs to clean house! I called for a prescription for gout, got nothing. Waited another week, and still got nothing. I heard nothing from him, a nurse or PA. I suffered with the worst pain. I could barely walk, and went to work with out a shoe! I wore socks, they even hurt! I finally resorted to writing him a letter, and still no response from anyone in the office. So I will say this " Dr. You have a problem". I love Dr Robaina, I trust his every word. BUT his staff is the worst I have ever encountered in all my life. I live with chronic pain and at least 3 times a year I beg the staff to have my pain meds sent and this time it's a Friday and nothing. The problem is I am out. I went in as a walk in once and told her I was here for triage care and she said she didn't know WHO it was. Their attitude towards patients is poor in person and on the phone. I saw this Dr for the first time a few days ago. The visit started OK, then he just left the room. I'm thinking he went to get the referral information I asked about, I heard him in the next room with another patient, that's when I realized that the visit was over. Great staff! I have never had a problem with refills referrals or appointments. Have been a patient for a year now. Love Dr. Robaina and his knowledge and professionalism. I’m so blessed and grateful for having him as my doctor.

Doctor Robaina is an authorized USCIS medical provider and I needed a medical report for a relative. I have to disagree with most of the bad reviews that have to do with service at the front desk and in the back office. I needed the paperwork ASAP and everyone was great, attemptive, cortous and with very good attitude. Doctor Robaina himself took a decent time to anwer quite a bit of medical questions and seemed very knowleadgeble and with great attitude towards his patients. I even had to call for additional information and was assisted in a prompt manner. As any review, this is based on my personal experience and it was very pleasant. So I had a pain on my breast had a referral never had a appointment specialist ever call me back because the front office never sent out the referral or information to be honest I never had a problem with the staff or the doctor but I guess lack of communication here I think I will be changing doctors pretty soon.

20 mins on phone to speak to someone and still got no one. The phone was just disconnected. I agree most incompetent staff ever

Dr is great. Office staff is EXTREMELY disorganized. Plan a on waiting close to an hour after your appt time to get in to see the doctor. Very discouraging.

Terrible service I made a appointment 2 months prior and my appointment was moved up 30 minutes early with no communication on their behalf which they acknowledge and they still cancel my appointment. Bad customer service

This is my Doctor and I drive 60 miles to see him. I trust him with my life. He is the best doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Robaina is amazing! He has been helping me get to the bottom of what is happening to me. He is very caring and understanding. I would trust him with my life and I highly recommend him!

Dr Robaina really listens to you. He got my diagnosis right and has been relieving my symptoms of depression and fibromyalgia. I dont know what I would do without Dr Robaina. He is an amazing Dr and anyone should go to him. You will love him like I do.

I went by this evening to confirm some information that was needed for my insurance, and one of the nurses went off on me and talked down to me as though I was not important at all to what my medical needs were. After I left I almost wish I had put it all on video. She was very rude and only concerned about leaving on time at the end of the day and not answering my questions. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and straight to the point! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

First of all it's difficult to get in touch with the office and when you leave a message, nobody calls back. The doctor literally tries to get you in and out as fast as possible. He performed a minor surgery which was the worst experience ever. It was so painful and doctor just continued. Had to have another doctor perform surgery to completely remove the cyst. Would never go back to this doctor!

I had a scare and Dr Robaina saw me and provided me with an oxygen tank to take home. It was a Saturday and I had peace of mind over weekend.

His office staff has treat you like family. And he listen to all you have to said .

He is fantastic with my kids!!! We choose him even with Cigna. I agree that they do not always call with results if there is no need to worry. Bad results always get a call though!

Dr. Robaina took the greatest care of my mother. The office staff was amazing, my mother has not seen a Dr. In a while and fell in love with Dr. Robaina.

Best physician I have ever had the privilege to know. Takes an active interest in his patients' health and truly, genuinely cares. Vivian and Amy round out the family feeling of the office. I cannot say enough about Dr. Robaina--they just don't make them like him anymore. Best doctor. Best.

Extremely unprofessional staff . Never follow up on lab work . Had to wait 2 weeks to find out that my labs were lost or mixed up and needed to repeat my lab work . Additionally to that had to wait another almost week to get someone that should take no more than 3 days . Nobody follows up . Bad staff . Bad business .

Al Robaina is a excellent compassionate doctor , but his office staff is bad . They don't follow up on test results or referrals that are important like cancer . If you don't go into the office & demand results you won't get results . We are changing doctors because of the delays in treatment of a cancer diagnosis caused by the office staff of AL Robaina. It has taken over 4 months to schedule surgery since original mammogram which showed a questionable mass and was diagnosed as cancer latter.

He is the best physician I have had as a PCP. Is extremely capable of caring for most things but knows when to send you to a specialist and will recommend a good one. He is extremely kind and talented and is well respected among his peers. I am very grateful to have him as my physician.

I am 67 years old, I know a good Dr from a bad one. Dr Robaina is a GREAT Dr. He cares, he is knowledgable and wants the best for his patients. I have had some bad health concerns and he has gotten me over each and every one of them, some have been very serious. I cannot say enough for what he has done for my husband and myself. If you are wanting a great Dr, then Dr Robaina is for you. Dr Robaina explains and educates you, he listens, truely listens. We are very lucky to have found Dr Robaina

Best doctor ever! He takes the time to explain everything in simple terms,he is very thorough and always very friendly. He is the best! I am so happy that I found him, I know I am in the best hands with him. His nursing staff is exceptional-the nicest I have ever seen in any doctors office. Always so friendly and upbeat. Dr. Robaina is a excellent doctor. My wife and I relocated from NY and are very satisfied with his knowledge and bed side manner. His staff is extremely friendly and helpful .

Only Doctor I know that will visit you in hospital at 730 pm..outstanding , excellent care....he really cares for his patients
