My visit was very pleasant and on time. He went over all my labs and was concern about how I was feeling.

He maybe a good doctor in his speciality, but I am disappointed ??, they never call me back to give me my lab results, I think someone there needs to call and say something about any results, I had to call them back to get my lab results because I was warry about it, it maybe not the case for every one but I was for me so sad.

I wish Dr Rizvi would open up in detail when I ask questions about my treatment and prognosis. It is very difficult to get info or have a good discussion with him. He seems not to be aware of what my current tests are until he gets on his laptop. I'm confident he is giving me proper treatment; however I need a better "bed side manner" from him.

Dr. Rizvi is a very knowledgeable Dr. In the field of oncology. He has been great in seeing to it that all tests are done asap and does not hesitate to act right away when it is warranted. I am in stage 4 metastatic renal cell carcinoma and there is no cure. He has taken all necessary steps to ensure my palliative care. That being said, I do wish he was more compassionate when it comes to bedside manner. He is always rushed when I see him and there’s really no time to ask questions. He seems a little unapproachable and won’t give me a straight answer when I ask what my prognosis is in relation to how long do I have. I do take into consideration that no Dr. Can give you an absolute time, but a ballpark would be nice just so I know how to plan out the rest of my time. I recommend him to anyone as an oncologist as long as you are willing not to hold his bedside manner against him. He is a great Dr. In his field and I have every confidence in this area.

Very knowledgeable and works quickly to get tests done right away. Is very professional. Will answer any questions and will take time to explain anything you don’t understand.

Dr Rizvi was very knowledgeable and began treatment of my disease. I had seen numerous doctors before Dr. Rizvi with no suggestions, He got the ball rolling and I am very appreciative!

Dr. Rizvi is treating me properly and shows concern for my medical situation. However, he needs to open up and discuss my condition and progress more. His "bed-side" manner is lacking a bit. He tends to address my questions and concerns with very few words.

I go there every 3 weeks for iv infusions.

You could not ask for a more professional doctor. He will go the extra mile for you and help anyway he can. It is a blessing to have him as my doctor. HE listens to you and he will find the answer. Save yourself the time, money, and tears and avoid this doctor at all cost. Awful, dismissive, uncaring, and dehumanizing. I will never come here again and ever in my lifetime!

Its a place where they care more for the people with cancer than the other people who goes there to get infusion for another reason. You would see the nurses giving or offering snacks a blanket and something to drink to the people with cancer than the other people who are there for other reasons and don’t even offer a blanket or a cup of water. Had to pull teeth to get diagnosis. Was left to believe I had polycythemia vera, whereas, I had transient polycythemia.

I been going to Dr. Rizvi for 3 years now, he is a cancer fighting machine, and I absolutely love the staff 100%. They are an awesome team. I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless I had to. My Sister Loves everyone there as well.

If I could rate him on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give him a 10+. He’s kept me alive for 2 1/2 years, with a pretty decent quality of life. And with any hope I’ll still be around for quite a few more years with his help. I would gladly refer him to anyone else.

Receive infusion to improve immunity and review blood test results.

This doctor acts aloof and disinterested. Every time I saw him it was if I had never seen him before. He spoke into his recording device the entire time, making me pause what I was saying so he could repeat it into his microphone. I’m not sure what the point was because the very next time I saw him it was as if I hadn’t told him the things he was asking about already. Although he said he would speak to my other doctor about another related issue he never did and spent maybe 4 minutes with me each appointment. He is the least personable doctor I have ever had, and I have a lifelong, chronic disorder that requires me to have a doctor who cares. Dr Rizvi is an amazingly attentive and thorough dr. He will call the insurance company and go to bat for me and what treatment plan he sees is necessary for my best interest. He’s a dr my dr goes to and trusts with her own health.

As a caregiver, I was very disappointed in how unprofessional and unempathetic the staff was in dealing with a very serious issue related to a brain tumor. First the office "lost" the results of the biopsy and conducted themselves in a very condescending manner. After several days without results, we finally found another doctor and staff to take charge going forward. After the staff finally called back, we informed them that we already had an appointment with another office and the staff member simply hung up. If this is how the office conducts itself with a patient who just learned of having brain cancer, I can't imagine going there for treatment. Very unfortunate - or dare I say, pathetic.
