He gave me an appointment the same day I called at the end of the day, listened to my concerns, diagonosed the condition based on MRI and my explanation, did tests, explained it to me with models and took action to alleviate pain immediately. I was very impressed with his patience, comprehensive approach and ability to effect quick results.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Dr. Castilino has been to my Mom. Since she started seeing him her quality of life has improved.

I cannot imagine my life without Dr. Castelino's care and expertise regarding myriad insults and permanent injuries sustained by a lifetime as a professional ballerina. It would take fifteen hundred words to recount not only the degradation of cartilage but the aggregate, egregious errors caused by sloppy work of so-called 'top' orthopaedic surgeons in Chicago. After five and soon to be six total joint replacements, three of which are revisions Having endured a twenty-five on the one through ten pain scale. It is thanks to Dr. Castelino's exacting and correct diagnosis combined with his elegant(read: streamlined)approach to a proper pain management syllabus which is carefully outlined for his patients. All this plus the highly specialized, resourceful, keen eye of Garry Tagle,P.T. whose ability to pinpoint the cause(s)as as well as solutions such as strengthening the stabilizer muscles, correcting postural deviations, and providing the stretches essential to a successful rehab experience. For 7 years I communicated my pain issues to many of my physicians who told me they stemmed from spinal arthritis. The pain became so severe in my neck that I knew I had to seek relief. I made an appointment with Dr. Castelino and within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem, used digital screening to confirm his diagnosis of damaged rotator cuffs and began my first treatment. I left my first treatment pain free. It was an incredible experience from beginning to end. From the friendly staff who make you feel right at home to the professional care you receive, I highly recommend everyone at Direct Access Therapy and Doctor Castelino.

I am a former professional ballet dancer and my body has been paying the hefty price for my accumulated injuries, I had six joint replacement surgeries, two of which were revisions. Because of my profession, I have seen a number of physical rehabilitation doctors and I can say without a doubt that Dr. Ajith Castelino has contributed more time, effort, understanding as well as explaining the condition clearly and best of all, problem-solving. In the two decades that I have been his patient, I have never seen him exhibit arrogance or impatience which something I have encountered with other doctors.

Every time I go for an appointment at Dr. Castelino‘s office all the staff are wonderful to me. Dr. Castelino is a very knowledgeable courteous doctor with a good personality that lifts your spirits when you’re not feeling the greatest.

I was n the worst full body pain n my life. I went 2 his Ofc via best friend praise of his excellent personality & GREAT bedside manner & excellent healing powers plus KNOWLEDGE. He always had food treats for all his patients everyday. He’s a class act. I suffered from 3 types of chronic arthritis. After treating me I’m 65 doing cart wheels yoga aerobics fast walking an pain level went from 10+ to drop down to 2 on bad days to -0-. I’m dancing on the club dance floor shaking a tail feather. I can stand an reach plus fall asleep without opiates anymore. It’s been almost 7 yrs & I’m still feeling FINE. Please go & call me so I can say: “I told you so”. God bless- Evangelist Sister F. If you really want to get rid of your pains , do yourself a favor and visit him. My mom is having knee issues, and the whole staff at the location is trying their best to comfort you and help you... They will always be my choice for my love ones ... And I am strongly recommend them to you.

Super professional doctor. His office is superfrinedly and made my physical rehabilitation very comfortable and efficient. Robert is high level professional was helping me with neck, back, and knees rehabilitation. Thanks to the great treatment of dr.Castellino and trainings of Robert I got backs my physical health.

Dr Castelino's bedside manner is unusual. Dr Castelino is a truly a caring, responsible doctor. The staff are excellent too. Dr Castelino personally sees each patient and listens to what is bothering you, which today is very uncommon. If you are seeking an exceptional Dr. do yourself a favor and see this doctor.
