first off, my appointment was cancelled and i received no notification of this. unprofessional on dental associates' part. he was very confident and assuring going into the procedure. i noticed two days after that something wasn't right with one of my wounds. i went back every week for a month and a half before he addressed my concern, which was to re-open the wound and take out the leftover bone. which wasn't the point to get ALL of the bone out the first time? he became seemingly irritated and lost bedside manner with me as my site still was not healing. when asked about what to do next, he was incredibly rude and insensitive to my concerns. His staff is nice, except his receptionist who is rude as well. I do not recommend dr pilai on the basis that if you are anxious and nervous about possible complications, and then do end up having them, he is not considerate nor concerned with your feelings or resolving the problem.

He tramatize me.. He didnt even have what i needed for my oral surgery.sadly he didnt prepare well enough bevauae he never realized until he cut open my upper mouth. He then stitched it and no antibiotics given to me and on top of that he blamed me??? Did file a complaint
