I’ve had both a video visit and a procedure done by Dr. Jain and he was both professional and attentive to my needs. He explained my options and walked me through the possible outcomes, making sure I understood. I haven’t had to deal very much with his staff other than setting up a future appointment, so I can’t attest to points made in earlier reviews. I have an upcoming appointment and will amend this if there are any problems. But as far as Dr. Jain himself, I have nothing but good things to say at this time and I recommend him. I've seen Dr. Jain twice this year for 2 procedures. I will not go back. Twice there was confusion and miscommunication on the dosage of medication he prescribed. He does not answer questions. I sent 2 messages in MyChart, left 3 voicemails. I finally got a call back from a medial assistant after calling their Practice Mgr. She only answered 1 question. I was told she would call me back with answers to my other questions, but never did. Horrible office, horrible communication, horrible way to provide care. I have been seen twice by Dr. Jain and and I have to my first impression was not a good one, I should have stuck with my feelings. My second visit was yesterday April 14, 2022 I told him that I was not going to take any more pills and what did he do he wrote another prescription and told me to come back in two months and if I was no better he was going to send me to the Mayo Clinic. He didn't even listen to me. I have had gastroparesis for several years and been bounced from Doctor to Doctor. I saw Dr. Jain yesterday and told him that I can't continue this way any longer and that I don't want to take any more pills and what does he do he tells me to take another pill and come back in two months. Once again another so call expert only know to say take a pill. Then to top it off he tells an employee in his office to set an appointment up for two months for me to return, the young lady said I'm not good at setting appointments that was at 3:00 P.M. as of the time of this posting at 6:29 A.M. the next morning I havent heard back from his office. Not like that I would return to him
