Dr. Ali has been a saving grace to EKY. He is one of the only societies who puts patients first and actively helps those dealing with substance abuse issues rather than overprescribing medication for profit! Dr. Butt and his staff really care about people! I feel so welcome there and the doctor always listens to all of my concerns and patiently answers all my questions.

Since I've been seeing Dr. Butt, my blood pressure and blood sugar are finally under control for the first time in years! He takes his time with me and listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. Everyone who works there is so nice.

He got my blood pressure and blood sugar under control and I couldn't be happier. I never feel rushed- he always takes his time with me and his staff bends over backwards to help you any way they can.

Went there for a couple years, nearing a decade ago. Visited once since then, I don't recollect. I received a debt collections call yesterday. After 6 years and not being a patient for nearly decade. There was no attempt to contact me previous to the current pandemic. I have the same number and address, for the record. He apparently has released the information to a debt collections company in April of 2020(collection company's words). Cannot recommend, unless you like surprise debt calls once any receipt or proof of payment is long gone.

felt like he got to the point but dident listen about other problems i was having just focse on one problem i was having witch is a great big peoblem but other problems dident matter to him but they do to me but i do like him but wish he would listen moor and not assume any thing i want him to get to know me like the doctors do in cleavland they take there time dont shame you for you pass miastakes like smoking they try to help and understand you talk to you at ease

Dr. Ali is very warm and caring physician. The wait times at his office can be a bit long, but he takes time with each patient- which is a good thing, in my opinion.

Very clean office, courteous staff, prompt service. Dr Ali has excellent bedside manners. Schedules all labs and tests. Very happy with the service I get there.
