Dr. Ahmet Rahmi Karaca

Dr. Karaca is very kind, welcoming, professional and does amazing work. On top of that, his office staff and aesthetician , Kelly and Meena are out of this world. They're friendly and accommodating. Meena's facial was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this clinic and the doctor and staff who work there.

Dr. Karaca is wonderful. During my consultation, he took his time and was so informative, professional, not pushy at all. I had my surgery today and couldn't be happier. I would recommend him to anyone, family, friend or stranger. He is a skilled surgeon and awesome human being. He even gives you his personal cell number to call him anytime if you have a question. Who does that??

Dr. Karaca extremely lacking the ability to preform any cosmetic surgery. At the consultation, Dr. Karaca, showed extreme confidence in his ability As a plastic surgeon, in regards to breast reduction his claim was that He had preformed the most in the country. So I scheduled a breast reduction,and liposuction of the abdomen as to avoid A tommy tuck per his recommendation, in January of 2019. After I woke up from The procedures the bandage al over the breast area was soaked in blood, the Nurse took it all of , the incisions looked like it was done by a butcher, the skin Was in clumps held together by one stitch bold was oozing form many of them. I was told by the dr. That with in a year, I wouldn’t see any scares. It has been 7 months and the incision area is tender and painful, very visible, The liposuction in the abdomen is all uneven. I went back 3 times after the surgery All the dr. Would say is that he invested in new machines that will correct the mess I was left with, the coast would be thousands of dollars. The Hydra facial is amazing! Mina is the Best!

I love Dr Karaca. I saw him in 2009 for a facelift and again this year for breast reduction. I was very pleased with the results and the personal attention and professionalism of both he and his staff. The hospital staff was also great. I would not go anywhere else for the kind of service he provides.

The facials are amazing here. Mina's expertise and warm friendly personality make it such a treat. I am thrilled with my results and continue to get facials on a regular basis to keep my skin glowing and healthy.

Dr Karaca is a perfectionist. Everything he does is meticulous. He has the newest and latest of technology. His nurse Mina is the icing on the cake. She is so knowledgeable. They work perfect hand in hand. I would never go any where else!

I trusted this dr. Because of the reviews. And the confidence of his ability to perform breast reduction. And liposuction of my abdominal area,after surgery all stitches around my breast look like it was done by a butcher, no cemetery, around the aorta, or all around my breast. Had to deal with lots of bleeding, and an infection around many of the stitch’s. The liposuction left me with irregular bulges all over my abdominal area.this was all done in January of 2019, now it’s July 2019, I need to spend more money, see another plastic surgeon to correct Dr. Karaca’s work. I noticed when I saw him 3 times after surgery to question all that’s was going through. All he did was denied my concerns. And offered my to spend more money on his new cosmetic equipments to correct his butchered job

I had coolsculpting done 1mos.ago.there was nopain.slight discomfort for the 1st.5mins. I was swollen and bloated,but that has since subsided. Overall I'm pleased with the result. Dr. Karaca was highly recommend to me, and I would highly recommend Dr.karaca .I felt very comfortable , not a pushy dr. At all I only had my consultation and pre op appointment. And I’m so ready . An amazing dr. And a wonderful staff .

If I could give a negative star oh I would. In 2008 I went In for a consultation with Dr.ahmet karaca he seemed so nice and gained my trust so I scheduled to have the surgery in 2008 when he worked at the Riverside CA office.when the surgery was over and I was at home I noticed a large lump like mass on the right side of my breast so I called the doctor and his exact words were to go bother someone else.i stood there in absolute shock.long story short it too over 19 doctors, a bunch of CAT scans, biopsies, cancer scares, doctors not knowing what it was or what to do,most doctors said It was a blood clot.i felt hopeless but then I found two high respected specialists at St Joseph's of orange there names are Dr.michelle Carpenter who's a breast cancer specialists and Dr.andres taleosnik who is a reconstructive surgeon.They were the only surgeons that were willing to go in and see what this giant huge mass was.so I was scheduled for the surgery that Dr.karaca should have taken care of 3 years ago ASAP.i was extremely nervous due to the past and everything I went through but I new I had to do this.the surgeons couldn't believe there eyes when they opened me up and saw what was inside of me.it was a big piece of gauze wedged so hard in there that it was kinda hard for them to remove it,the problem was that this wasn't just any other type of gauze,any type of gauzes or towels that goes into the OR, they have to have what's called a radiopaque,it is a thin blue line so if it's left inside a patient it will show up on a X ray,CT scan,pet scan basically any scan.If they only used legal gauze when they did my surgery I wouldn't have had to go through the hell i went through.then after the surgery when we were driving home my phone range,so I answered it and it was a call from St Joseph's saying to get back to the hospital ASAP because the gauze that was in me gave me sepsis.i was in the hospital for 3 weeks on IV antibiotics,I had to have surgery to have a port a Cath placed.it was hell but thank God for these doctores at St Joseph's hospital or orange. And let me tell you PLEASE make sure you check your doctors background.you can do it on like.make sure you check if they have had and malpractice cases,any complaints.PLEASE do your research or u could end up going through what I did If I could give a negative star oh I would.
