Not just a great doctor his staff is great and he’s a great man! I’ve seen over a hundred doctors and he’s definitely one of the best. Your in good hands!

Dr. Younas is my favorite Dr. He saved my life and I will love him for that forever! What a wonderful, caring, talented man! I was very upset to learn he is retiring. We will lose a star in the Oncology field.

Dr Younas is a genuine person. He was great very up front with my chemo treatments and my options. I’m going to truly miss him as he retires at the end of this month. I hope my new onchologist is as great as he is.

Dr. Younas diagnosed my CLL at the end of 2007 or by the first of January 2008. I have been with him all this time and I trust him. He is caring and compassionate and takes time to listen to your concerns. He cares enough to send you to another Doctor for a second opinion for reassurance. He discusses a course of treatment and lets you help make the decision. During Chemo treatment, he was gentle and helped his patients feel comfortable.

I have been going to Dr Younas for several years. I have never felt rushed as he has always taken the time to answer all my questions. When he told me he was retiring in December it caught me off guard. I tried to talk him into staying on but wished him well. I pray his replacement is as caring as Dr Younas.

Dr. Younas is a wonderful physician. He has provided me great care for many years. I would recommend, with great confidence, my family and friends to his practice.

Dr. Younas is the best oncologist I've ever been to. He is so humble and God fearing. His staff is awesome as well. It won't be the same now that he's retiring,but I pray the new Dr is just as humble as Dr. Younas is.

Dr Younas is exceptional and his staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. Chris and the infusion room nurses are beyond great. Highly recommend this Texas Oncology location.

Dr. Younas identified an issue on my CT scan that others had missed. After sending me for a PET scan, a small area was lit up indicating a recurrence of my original cancer. Dr. Younas identified an issue on my CT scan that others had missed. After sending me for a PET scan, a small area was lit up indicating a recurrence of my original cancer. Dr. Younas was thorough and very competent, and at the same time was very compassionate with an excellent bedside manner. I can’t say enough good things about him!

Dr. Younas is the best! Always so patient and kind and is never in a hurry to get rid of you.

I’ve been Dr. Younas’ patient for three years, I find him to be most professional and sensitive to my care. I would recommend Dr. Younas to all requiring ontological care.

Over the time I had been seeing Dr. Younas for occasional follow-up checks, I developed such confidence and trust in him that I voluntarily set a consult in preparation for an upcoming unrelated operation I was to have. He is easily one of the most caring, thorough and calming physicians I have had.

Dr Younas is wonderful! He has a wonderful personality which is great considering the nature of the visit. He also explains things well to make sure we understand what is going on. He never seems rushed and I have never had a long wait for a visit with him.

Dr. Yonas is truly one of the best Oncologist in the business. He truly cares about his patient and is very compassionate and understanding of all concerns. I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer (non small cell lung cancer) Dec of 2016. Thanks to Dr Younas I am still alive and doing good .I was started on two different medications, my platelets would not stabilize. I think he lays awake at night thinking about the people in his care. So he ran another test and discovered I had a genetic marker that allowed me to try a new med Keytruda . Thanks to his knowledge and caring for people, l am doing great have damaged lungs but the latest scan they did not mention the cancer. My hope is every one with cancer and great Doctors like Dr Younas can have the same great success I have had. My thanks to Dr Younas and his team. My daughter has been diagnosed with breast cancer and it will be a journey for her and her family. Our daughter is strong and ready to fight this cancer. Dr. Younas is a very caring specialist, he is their when you have questions or needs. He lets you know that you are not alone. Thank you Dr Younas, you are great!!

I would recommend Dr. Younas to my friends, family, and strangers I meet. I had a pharmacist who contacted me a couple of weeks ago. She wanted to know who she should see. I told her that Dr. Younas is the one to see. He listens and knows exactly what is needed to treat the patient.

All Covid protocols were utilized, and screening right at the door. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Younas was friendly and thorough in reviewing my condition. He explained things clearly and told me about treatments. He takes the time to know you, and I trust him.

Dr. Younas, his nurse, Lori, and the entire staff were incredible. I was concerned initially because it seemed like a big company and I thought my husband would not be able to be anything but a number... I was happily mistaken. In fact, the opposite was true. They actually assured us of that without me even bringing up that concern. They made it clear every single person and case is different and that my husband would not be treated as a statistic. They were all so kind and compassionate, it was almost like talking to a doctor who also happened to be a family member. There was nothing I didn't feel comfortable asking, and they explained things it I wouldn't have known to question. The offers of prayers from the doctor and staff uplifted my faith in humanity. It's nice to know science and religion are not mutually exclusive for everyone. I can't believe how blessed we are to have been referred to Dr. Younas. My husband has stage 4 squamous cell... it's a terrifying experience, but the doctor's compassionate nature as well as obvious knowledge and experience made a seriously awful situation into something we now know how to manage. They help with financial counseling, education on chemo (etc), so we actually felt we were making informed decisions about the next steps. He is great. Very understanding at the scary time in your life. He is patient, kind and will answer every question you have. His nurse is great I had her at my family doctor before here. It was great seeing a friendly face. Sometimes the front desk is very bad with understanding what you are going through at the moment. It's like they are trained to shuffle rat race the patients and collect, collect collect at all cost. Once you get past some of the gatekeepers the experience is great. He undestands your cry and will really explain what is happening. He is a double doctor of mine oncology and hematology but he is a very good caring doctor. My take on Dr. Younas and the office is all positive. The staff actually smiles at you when you come in. The phlebotomist was good and the needle stick did not hurt. I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Ahmer Younas was a very good listener and caring. He was compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained things to my satisfaction. I never felt rushed. Great experience. Dr Youns and staff are excellent providers! Very compassionate, honest, positive, professional, yet creates a sense of hominess at their facility. As bad as it might have been to have to need Oncology, we are glad we chose Dr Younas!

My take on Rowlett Texas Oncology office is all positive. Dr. Ahmer Younas was very compassionate, kind, and knowledge. He took his time with me and explained things to my satisfaction.
