Spent time explaining as well as descriptive drawings of what is and what needs to be done with my condition. Made feel confident in his professional knowledge and in my upcoming procedure. Got home from my appt and my nose would not stop running for hours. I was advised not to blow my nose for the next two days but it was a constant drip and would not stop. Will not be coming back

Dr. Sufyan is a great doctor. He listens to what I have to say, he makes me feel heard, and he is very reassuring with our 5 year old who sees him. I recommend him to anyone needing to see an ENT.

I was concerned about a lump on my forehead. Dr. Sufyan took a biopsy right away.

Dr. Sufyian did everything accordingly, as to what he had told me he would do. Dr. Sufyian cleared my left side of my nose, so I am able to breathe through again. I wish I saw Dr. Sufyian earlier on for my problem I had for so long. I highly recommend this Doctor.

What a great experience I have had with Dr Sufyan. Very personable and professional from start to finish. Both he and his staff made me feel extremely comfortable with the decision I made when it came time for my surgery, pre and post op. Very efficient, I couldn’t be more pleased with my treatment today.

I had a basil cell spot removed by Dr Sufyan . He and his staff did a great job . I was a little nervous at first , but what a nice results . Thank you so much !!

I had a very bad experience with this doctor I visit his Office two times and the third time I come to my appointment and they surprise me that they canceled my appointment without any further notes and when I ask them for the reason they said because I refuse to do the surgery! to me it’s very weird! it’s my surgery it’s my decision! all those visits he didn’t give us any medicine or any prescription! and when I ask them why they canceled my appointment without letting me know they sent me a letter by mail telling me don’t visit us anymore they feel the relation between the doctor and the patient can’t be continued! that’s what make me feel like they treat me as how much I worth not what I need as a patient! this is never happened to me in my life! Very happy with the procedure. I was a little nervous at first but Dr Sufyan was reassuring, that there would be some mild lcold sensation . And the procedure was over quite quickly. Very pleased with the results.

Dr. Sufyan is a wonderful doctor. Both of my daughters had tubes placed in their ears and my oldest had her adenoids removed as well. They were both just over 1 at the time. The process was quick and easy. He is great at making you feel comfortable about the procedures. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sufyan.

Dr. Sufyan Was referred to me by a patient to address a facial injury which included fractures of my face including sinus cavity issues. I went to another surgeon in East Lansing but was uncomfortable with his approach and manner. I went to Dr. Ahmed Sufyan to get a second opinion. The doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable and quietly explained each step in the process of repairing my nose. He took X Rays to clarify what the extent of the damage was which included the blockage of one side of my nose. This inhibited my ability to breathe. He explained normally they waited for a full year after the injury for healing and reduction of the swelling to the injured areas. Upon examining my injury and explaining his concerns, with my consent he decided not to wait because the blockage was causing difficulties in focus and proper sleep. The surgery was performed in November of 2018 . After many follow up appointments to check for scar formation inside the damaged nasal area . My last visit was in October 2019. He informed me that Dermabrasion to remove the remnants of the facial scarring on my forehead would be available. I am very happy with his work and refer anyone to him. Dr. Sufyan repaired my deviated septum and also repaired missing cartilage in my nose. I had been looking for a surgeon that did not pack the nose after surgery. Dr. Sufyan was thorough in answering all my questions before surgery and assured me that packing was not necessary (he actually said the practice was archaic). I also looked on line at his credentials and reviews which were all positive & impressive. A small cotton roll was placed in my nose after surgery to collect any blood loss with the instructions to try to keep it in till the next morning. Surprisingly I handled it well & removed it as instructed (I'm sure the pain meds helped). I'm very happy with the results of my surgery. When I breath the nostril no longer collapses and my breathing is so much easier especially when exercising. I highly recommend Dr. Sufyan. I recently had a large skin cancer removed. Dr Sufyan was absolutely great. He answered all my questions and gave me "worst case scenario" when I asked but was also very reassuring. Definitely a good experience working with Dr Sufyan. Very kind and thoughtful. He definitely addressed my worries and doubts about the outcome of a cosmetic surgery. I am glad I worked with him over any of the other surgeons I interviewed. He doesn't disregard how you feel, he listens and works with you and your apprehensions to put them at ease. Dr. Sufyan did surgery on my nose after a MOES procedure was done by Dr. Jeff Messenger to remove a basal cell growth. I was very unhappy with the results and I still have very little feeling in the area. I know someone else that had a basal cell in the same area and had someone else do the surgery and hers looks 100% better than mine. She was also given detailed instructions about taking care of the incision to minimize scarring, etc. I will never go back to him.

I had a surgical procedure done by Dr. Sufyan at messenger dermatology center. He was completely focused and confident in what he was doing. I am healing beautifully and am so happy that I have found a great dr. that has a long list of specialties. He is a rare find and I would recommend him without hesitation!

Dr. Sufyan was extremely personable in clinic, explained all of my treatment options thoroughly, and answered all of my questions patiently. He later performed a Septoplasty which greatly improved my ability to breathe through my nose. Excellent care.

To start Dr. Sufyan is a great doctor both my husband and I have seen him and recommend him to anyone we know that needs a ENT doctor. I found out about a month ago that I couldn’t breathe well out of my right nasal and a week ago I had surgery to get air flow back. I now can breathe way better and thankful for his work. In my husband case he had sinus polyps really bad to the point where he could of died. He had them so bad that they were eating away at the bone between his sinuses and brain. He is a very caring doctor who really cares about his patients. Dr. Sufyan suggested that I have a lesion on my forehead removed under anesthesia. He said it would be very uncomfortable if awake. It was much easier to handle. I was referred to Dr. Sufyan for sinus surgery and decided to proceed after he took adequate time during my appointment to describe the procedure and recovery in detail. He was attentive, thoughtful and personable as was his staff who answered questions I thought about after leaving the office with a call back on the same day. His technique to "pack" my sinuses during the procedure was effective and only moderately uncomfortable. Dr. Sufyan surgically fixed my nasal septum after a fall - with complete success. Office visits before and after were very smooth with timing, paperwork, followup calls etc. He is knowledgeable, friendly, caring and takes the time to explain and answer questions; I have no hesitation in strongly recommending him.

I saw Dr. Sufyan for dermal filler for two creases on my face. He did a great job filling the first crease, but misplaced the filler on the other crease, putting it alongside the crease. I asked him to fix the problem and actually fill the crease, but he refused, told me I couldn’t be pleased, putting the blame on me. He refunded my money which is better than nothing, but refused to take responsibility for sloppy work and told me to find someone else to fix it.

Dr. Sufyan is extremely professional and thorough. He explained the procedure and the reason for doing what he said he would. During the surgery he fixed the original problem and a few unforeseen issues as well. My recovery process has been quick, comfortable and relatively complication free. Scheduling two follow up appointments is a great idea, as the second appointment cleared up some lingering issues with stitches. I would gladly recommend Dr. Sufyan for deviated septum and turbine reduction
