Dr. Ahmed Ebeid

I was referred to this clinic by my primary provider in Sept 2021 for help managing my pain due to long term sciatic nerve pain, extreme swelling in my legs and feet along with on going neuropathy in my feet. I had a slight bit of hope walking into the clinic but that very quickly changed. From the moment nurse practitioner Timothy Hall saw me he had already labeled me as a junkie and ran with it. He briefly looked over my paperwork and medical history and immediately said that I must be the type that pushes doctors up against a wall demanding narcotics.There wasn't any conversation prior to this comment. I was extremely put off by these words coming from a supposed professional medical provider. I explained that I had been put on a pain management contract after having my son in 2011 and suffering a lot of phyical painful complications which is when my sciatic nerve/joint issues began and haven't ever subsided, I told him I've done phyiscal therapy and have gone to chiropractors with not much noticeable success. He did a quick exam and said that he didn't see any reason for any medication attention of any kind but he'll order some scans and imaging and have me come back. I had gotten lab work earlier that day and still had the tape and cotton ball on the draw site when putting my jacket back on he pointed to my arm and asked what was that on my arm in a very abdrupt almost ah ha manner, I told him i had just gotten lab work this morning. As a health care provider even if I had been an addict you still do not treat people like garbage. I'm a working professional, a mom of young, very active children, the main provider for my family and all I wanted was help in finding a way or ways to keep me functioning without constant pain so that I can be the best version of myself for my family and continue my career. I haven't ever used meth, heroin or any hard drugs in my entire life. The way I was treated here by Mr. Hall (I say Mr. because in no way, shape or form did this man resemble a medical professional) was disgusting, extremely unprofessional quite frankly an embarrassment to the facility. This is a great place, his staff are friendly, understanding and helpful. He relieved the very worst of my back issues and I am going back to see if we can resolve the rest. Taylor, one of his assistants was very understanding and compassionate each time I went in for treatment. I am looking forward to going back again.

Yes I would recommend Dr Ebeid to anyone that is suffering and in pain. He has helped me more then my primary care physician. He listens and recommends options instead of just coming in room and typing on a computer

I went there with my husband and was taken aback first of all by the gloomy unprofessional looking office. The receptionist did not have a mask on, but did put one on when we approached her. The MRI results that were suppose to be requested by them to view before our arrival were not there and nobody seemed to know how to get them. They asked my husband to get on their computer and try to get them. When the Dr, who didn’t arrive to the office that morning until after the appt time, came into the room he questioned my husband as to why he was groggy after THEY prescribed 2 Valium for the procedure. The Dr. had no knowledge of this nor where the treatment was needed in his arm due to the lack of the info needed from the missing MRI results. Neither visit did my husband receive an office summary. I was referred to Dr. Ebeid not because he is a good doctor, but because I don't know any doctors in the area. He had no business accepting my referral and it's really fraud he was paid for being so dismissive of my pain. I wasn't asked one question about my pain and he never performed any type of examination. He made his judgment that I needed forced tapering based on outdated CDC guidelines by looking at my info on the PDMP from meds I take as prescribed. He had no intention of seeing me further or prescribing me anything so I'm not sure how he justified billing insurance for a drug screen. I mentioned I would need procedures or other modalities before stopping meds and he had no interest in helping me. I already had cut my meds in half from when I left Denver, but his suggestion was no pain meds when I have chronic issues that still need to be addressed. His thinking is archaic and judgemental and he has an arrogant rednick bedside manner that lacks compassion.

I have been seeing Dr. Ebeid for over a year. I was in horrible pain and didn't show up well on my call with the office manager. I was rude to her and it wasn't fair. DURING my procedure as I lay on the table with no pants, but a cover, Dr. Ebeid decided this was a good time to scold me about my behavior. He got up close to my face as I lay on the table and started to scold me. I felt threatened, vulnerable and felt it was completely inappropriate to come into a procedure room when a patient is in a vulnerable position to talk about it. I even said "I don't know if I'm comfortable with having a procedure by you. He then offered NOT to give me the injections. I was in pain and had to have the relief so I did. However I will NEVER return. I can understand that he needed to stand up for his staff or address the issue, but NOT in this way. It could have been done a million different ways.

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable spaces. Many options for treatment are well explained. It is wonderful to experience a reduction of pain!

Dr Ebeid Has the best care pratise in Yamhill county and beyond. When I asked my health care provider he looked at me as if I was a junkie. There are no Doctors that will help you. Except Dr Ebeid . Im 77 years old and need pain meds. Thank you Dr Ebeid John

Dr. Ebeid is a wonderful doctor. He's kind, patience, caring, and is willing to listen to you regarding your pain. He wants you to be able to live life to its fullest and will help you explore options to get there! I highly recommend him and his PA, Alexis! She's just as amazing!

Rudest doctor I’ve met and trust I’ve met a lot!! Shame on you!! Wasn’t there for pills I was trying to get a change to meds. He treated me like I was the dirt he walked on!!!!

Worst doctor ever, surprised he hasn't been sued yet!! He just takes seniors money and charges insurance. Waste of your time and money and hopes someone Sue's him.

Worst doctor I have ever been to! Saw him three times, first time he asked why I was there? Felt like I was being never being taken seriously and he just there to push pills. I want to know the root cause of why I am still having pain in my arm. Next visit saw the physician assistant, and she ordered an MRI on my neck, what I thought I was getting was an MRI my shoulder and arm. The office called said everything came back negative on the neck MRI, and now next step would be to order a shoulder/limb MRI. Third time was this morning and he walked in and said the same thing, so why are you here? What do you want me to do? I ordered the right MRI, he was on the deffense right away. Treated me awful! Made me feel as I had no right even being there. I told him I would go to my primary Dr to get the referral for the correct mri and a referral to a different Dr. Beware McMinnville this dr is not for you! He has no bedside manner and does not care, does not listen, does not want to know the reason why you are in pain! Stay away! I wish I could give him 0 stars, he doesn't even deserve the 1! Very caring staff and it is a very comfortable doctor's office!

This is a new way to curtail my pain ....and it works. Very pleasant, patient staff and no more back pain for me. I am also having them treat my carpal tunnel. Thank you for a pain free life!

I've seen Dr Ebeid for over 2 years now. There's been problems due to my declining health and a150 mile round trip for appointments. He is one of the very few physicians who accepts my insurance. The doctors in Eugene didn't. I really lucked out with this guy! His office is easy access from the car and always spotless. Waitime is short. The staff is curtious and knowledgeable when I visit. I can tell everyone genuinely cares and wants to help. Dr Ebeid spends enough time to meet all of my needs without a big rush. I feel respected and valued as both an individual and patient. That's a rare quality to me. Medical care is expensive these days. His charges are about the same or less than the other 2 pain specialist clinics I've used. The office has bent over backwards trying to help finding a closer doctor so I'm not traveling so far. I'm so glad to be their patient. I've seen Dr Ebeid for over 2 years now. He was focused more on how much the spinal cord stimulator surgery cost and if I had the right insurance instead of focusing more on what has helped in the past. Very disapointed!

I’ve been battling lower back pain for years. I’m a retired nurse and am very picky about my physicians. I feel as if he’s the first person to take my pain seriously. He actually took time to really listen. With his help I feel so much better. He and his staff are very courteous and helpful. Extremely nice. I feel very comfortable in his office. I like that he is not a “pill pusher”, but tries to get to the root of the problem. I would very highly recommend Dr. Ebeid and his staff to everyone. Patricia Johnson

My doc is a great doc, he manages my pain at a level where I can live at with comfort. I am very satisfied with doc and his staff and His professional care He provides during surgery procedures and pain pump maintenance. I would be lost without the care my doc provides. Very friendly staff and Doctor

I have had four low back spinal injectsions by Dr. Ebeid and he has always been most professional and explained what he was doing and what to expect from the procedures. Being an RN for nearly 40 years I would recommend him without hesitation.

Alexis did a great job of explaining my nerve problem and sharing her findings with Dr Ebeid. Dr Ebeid quickly and very effectively did an epidural injection into my lumbar region that has greatly reduced the pain I have been experiencing. I am grateful for the pain relief that Dr Ebeid has provided me with.

Dr. Ebeid is someone I can recommend without reservation. A real pro, interested in your particular circumstances and in you as whole person. He is kind and easy to talk with, takes questions readily, and deals in realistic expectations. He helped me find relief where other doctor s have failed me. Go here first and avoid being disappointed elsewhere. Life is too short to live with chronic pain.

The doctor and entire staff have been wonderful. They have shown great communication and effort to get the help I need. I would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.

In the 18yrs since my MAJOR back surgery, I have NEVER been treated so horribly. I lost my PCP this spring and have had a heck of a time finding a good Dr. He was rude, callous, condescending, told me mypain wasnt had enough to continue WHAT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR 18YRS! I went from being able to have a life to bring bed bound again. His PA is a joke too! If you want to end up worse off han you are now, take your chances. Dont expect ANY HELP! WORST PRACTICE IVE EVER BEEN A PART OF! HORID CARE!

Prompt and comfortable office procedures.

I was in a lot of pain and the front office staff got me in quickly and the Doctor made special effort to treat me before he left on holiday.... very thoughtful of him. I have had back pain for decades and instead of pills, the doctor gave me a cortisone shot in the pained area and it was almost instant relief. I will be continuing treatment with him

After a year and a half of low back, hip and sciatic pain - and exploring many healing modalities and paying out of pocket for most of it - I finally found relief through Dr. Ebied. He really listened to me and was able to touch the exact places of pain. I returned for cortisone shots in the piriformis muscles. The procedure was not painful at all and the recovery was almost instantaneous. The staff is professional, kind and even fun in the face of my dread. I highly endorse Dr. Ebeid!

Dr. Ahmed is the worst doctor I have been to. I saw him in Massachusetts and he saw me for 15 minutes, did nothing for me and then tried to charge me $600+. I had asked before the appt how much it cost but they couldn't tell me because they said it varied. I thought it wouldnt be much more than a regular doctor price. Boy was I wrong.

I cannot disagree more with the previous post. Dr. Ebeid has been treating me for a 50-year-old back ailment, and he has been outstanding. Caring, professional, and engaging with his work and attitude. I feel fortunate to have him as my pain specialist.

Dr. Ebeid has been outstanding in his treatment of my 50 years of chronic back pain. He performed one procedure (steroid injection, I believe); and did not do a scheduled second injection. To me this speaks well of his patient concern and not looking just to make money. He has been kind, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend him.

Being approved by the insurance company, I was told that I couldn't get in for my first visit for approximately 3 weeks. A friend that suggested your clinic told me to call back and ask to be put on a cancelation list.. I did and immediately got an appointment the next day, and received treatment that same week. I assumed that I would be on a cancelation list. Grateful someone told me to call and ask.

Horrible doctor! Horrible bedside manner. No compassion. Horrible staff. Never answer phones. I never leave comments such as this but this doctor is Horrible, rude and does not care about your health. If you can see a different doctor do it! Don't waste your money, time and please see someone who really cares about you not this fool.

Terrible Dr., he left my wife sitting in front of him crying over his decision to stop giving her the help she needs then watched as she walked over to him to get a tissue instead of handing her one. Never looked into her file/records & never talked to her about her history before making a decision. Not sure how he actually became a Dr. honestly.

We found out about him through a friend and patient of Dr. Ebeid. My 95 year old mother had multiple, serious problems with her back that other doctors could not treat successfully. We contacted his office, was given an early appointment, we followed his pain remedy, her pain was under control within days, she is TOTALLY pain free, active, and we could not be more thrilled. His knowledge of what really works amazed us. We highly recommend him.

He's A GREAT physician that really cares about his patients. Dr. Ebeid was courteous and understanding during my appointment. My experience was great from the time I checked-in with his staff, to the time I was roomed and checked out. He took the time to listen to me andgave me several treatment options. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!

Horrible experience. I will never go back to this clown. Lack of concern, poor communication, did not listen nor care about my issues are, just wanted to do ESI. Horrible experience w/ ESI-he injected INTO MY SPINE without any warning, just jabbed me with the needle, leading to a severe headache lasting for days & was instructed by primary DR to go to the ER! Nurses started disinfecting the room for next patient within moments after, sent me on my way, didnt even make sure I was ok! Nightmare.

I felt Dr. Abeid does not think out of the box, is not compassionate, and is quick to put you in a box. He gives you a routine plan and does not individualize your treatment to your specific needs. Side effects from some drugs and the suffering they cause, seems of no concern to him, when discussing reasons why a certain drug was making you sick. He wants to stick to his plan not the plan you need.

Dr Ebeid has been very helpful helpful to me and I felt he really understood me. I tried a few injections that worked great for a couple months but wore off so he recommended a Spinal Cord Stimulator which was AMAZING! It didn't take away all my pain but did cut it in half and I am now more active and very happy with his clinic. Paola is one of the nurses there and she is very helpful on the phone. I would recommend Dr Ebeid to my family and friends in a heartbeat.

I have been helped with pain management. I feel he communicates very clearly, and is a very compassionate health provider. I have recommended him to others, and will continue to do so.

Over a 20 year span I have had experience with 4 different pain specialists. This man distinguished himself by listening carefully to everything I had to say. He evaluated and made recommendations based on all the evidence and history. As a result I am now nearly pain free for the first time in decades. That is no small thing. I had forgotten how NORMAL feels. This is just my experience but anyone in pain needs to try this doctor.

Seen him in 2010 in Salem Or and he was a joke. Thats why he had to move to McMinnville
