Very professional, friendly staff. What I liked most about Dr. Zakeri is he just didn’t want to recommend surgery right away trying 2 different alternatives to see if that would alleviate my pain, if those don’t work surgery is last resort. Praying one of those alternatives works!

Had Back surgery almost 7 weeks ago.. Each day I can feel my back getting better.. Thank you Dr. Zakeri..

Very please with surgery and the before and after appointments.

Dr. Zakeri was very kind & took time to listen to me & I never felt rushed. He explained the problem & what could be done to fix the problem.

Great bedside manner! Excellent job with my surgery. Answer3d any and all questions. Very happy and would recommend.

Dr.Zakeri was nothing short then exceptional. Him and his staff help me make the absolute best of my situation. His bed side manners were second to none! Even cracked a couple jokes to make my family feel more comfortable. I hope I never need they surgery again but, if I do, he is the man to see!

Dr. Zakeri was recommended by my nephew in law the doctor is very knowledgeable and skilled in his specialty. For the past 2 plus years the pain in my lower back has stopped me from walking/standing. The Dr. was very informative with recovery and surgery. I have much respect for Dr. Zakeri and his staff. My mobility has improved immensely.

I Would have appreciated clearer information on immediate post op procedures. I was told I would probably go home the same day, but wa told pre op I would be spending the night. A little confusing. Made my family think that there was something wrong with the surgery. Post op course went smoothly. Overall, I am so very Satisfied.

The procedure was very beneficial. It eliminated the nerve pain. The fusion area becomes painful with fatigue. I was hoping for better results with drop foot on the left side, perhaps that will improve with time and more exercise and sleeping on the left side perhaps increases pain on the left side.

My experience was stellar. Very Successful surgery.

Dr. Zakeri diagnosed and treated me with disc issues in my lower back. He was able to help me very quickly. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

Doctor and staff were very helpful and attentive. The surgery has helped with the left pain with no pain to very little over all this has helped with my day to day schedule.

Dr. Zakeri is an amazingly skilled surgeon. I was extremely pleased with the results of my surgery. I am relieved of extreme pain and limited movement. I think Dr. Zakeri is a great surgeon. I have nothing but high remarks for him and his physician assistant. I had brain surgery for a brain bleed and they did a wonderful job. Procedure was at Mclaren St. Luke's Hospital. I am very grateful for him and his great staff!

Prior surgery lots of trouble walking even with a walker. Right after surgery felt relief and got my life back again. Now able to walk without pain.

Started feeling better immediately. I was up to 20.30 minute walks within a fe weeks. The doctor, PA, Nurses, MAs were all great!

I had a ruptured disk that was pressing on my sciatic nerve. Went to the emergency room on a Sunday and had surgery on Tuesday afternoon. Dr. Zakeri quickly went in and shaved down the ruptured disk off my nerve. Woke up from surgery with the pain completely gone and was able to return to work 2 weeks after surgery.

I am fortunate to have Dr. Zakeri as my surgeon, very glad I had the surgery.

This was my 3rd sciatic issue in a 2 year span in which I had PT for the first one and no PT for the second one. I had PT for the 3rd one, only because my brother-in-law thought this practice would work for me. I knew PT was a waste of time. I talked with Dr. Zakeri about it and the surgery was what changed everything. I was 100 percent pain free!

Excellent surgeon explains everything answers all questions and really takes care of his patients.

Ruptured the disc L4-L5, Dr. Zakeri surgically fixed the problem as though it never happened. One of the best decisions I have ever made.

A year ago I could not feel the bottom of my feet and had intense burning sensation and pain. I could not walk any distance, sit for a long period of time. Today i have range of motion, bending, twisting and sitting without discomfort. I am almost back to normal.

My experience was very positive. Very friendly staff, and Dr. Zakeri was very detailed along with David his P.A. I never felt like I wasn't sure what was happening in regards to my condition, or what procedure I was having and what expect afterwards.

I have been extremely happy with the care I received from Dr. Zakeri and his staff. My lumbar spine fusion was/is a complete success with no more pain and numbness. Phone calls were answered promptly and appropriate follow up was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Zakeri and have already made a few referrals to his office. I WAS INJURED AT WORK, BECAME SEVERELY AND UNABLE TO DO ALMOST ANYTHING WITHOUT MY PAIN. DR ZAKERI WAS BLE TO HELP ME BY DOING A LUMBAR FUSION TO UT ME BACK TOGETHER. AND MOST IMPORTATNTLY PUT MY LIFE BACK TOGETHER. I AM A RUNNER AND BIKE. I AM NOW ABLE TO DO BOTH AGAIN THANKS TO HIM.

HAD PAIN IN LEG, ENT TO ER, GOT CT SCAN, REFERRED TO DR ZAKERI, HAD MRI, SURGERY 2 WEEKS LATER, GETTING BETTER EVERYDAY.

I had a lower back surgery done on 6/14/18. Before I could not run or walk or stand without pain. After surgery 8 weeks later I feel like a new man. Back feels great. Dr. Zakeri did a great job.

I had back pain for about 3 years. I came to see Dr. Zakeri after I had many steroid injections but it was not working. The MRI results showed I had a problem at L4-L5. Dr. Zakeri did the surgery to fix it and now my back pain is gone. He did an excellent job. I would recommend him to the patients who is having back problems.

It was very informing prior to surgery. Dr. Zakeri was very polite and knowledgeable through out my health care.

My Neck Is much improved. Doctor very Realistic in the outcome of my surgery Everybody on the staff very helpful and supportive.

Dr Zakeri is a wonderful communicator. He explains everything in detail and explained the plan so that we could understand everything that was going to happen. Explained all limitations I would have and also told me to keep moving. I love Dr Zakeri he has performed six surgeries on me and truly has helped me tremendously.
