Dr. Charkawi has been my Doctor for 5 years, he is very kind, knowledgeable. He listens to me and addresses my needs. I feel I have found the perfect Doctor and would recommend him as a five star plus Doctor.

Dr Charkawi is hands down the absolute best doctor I have ever had. He has been right about everything I have had concerns, he’s patient, he listens, and he holds you accountable.

The office staff was efficient, and Dr. Zack gave took plenty of time to answer all of my questions. I was treated as all patients should be treated by their doctor. Great experience!

Dr. Charkawi is such an attentive caring doctor. He took his time to listen to me without interrupting. And he is extremely well informed. His nurse is amazing as well.

I am the primary caregiver for my 87 yr old dad. My dad was recently discharged from the hospital. Due to the weakness my dad is experiencing it was simpler to do a televist. We were able to provide general history about what had transpired thru the patient portal and then request a televisit appointment. The appointment was great. My dad & I could both hear, talk to and see Dr Charkawi very well. The entire process was very convenient for my dad who just wasn’t up to taking a trip out to the Drs office. As always, Dr Charkawi and his staff were both patient, helpful and kind.

Dr. Zack has always been thorough and informative. Appointments are easy to obtain and his staff is friendly and professional.

Scheduled an appt 2 weeks out for telemedicine. I called 2 days prior to confirm. We arranged our whole day to attend the appt. AT THE TIME of the appt they decide they no longer want to do the appointment via telemedicine. When I asked why they didn't let us know 10 days ago or 2 days ago - she hung up on me. TERRIBLE. Called back and office was closed - EARLY. Looks like they just wanted to go home with no concern for patient well being.

Dr Charkawi is always attentive and I never feel rushed in appointments. I totally trust his medical expertise.

Dr. Zach is our Family doctor for more than 8 years he takes care for our individual health and as a family too. He is so patient and kind. We recommend as a doctor for all eges

I saw Dr. Zach for PRP with the purpose of hair restoration. He showed great knowlegde at the initial evaluation, gave realistic and expected outcomes for the procedure, and has a great bedside manner. I had the 3-series procedure with a great outcome. Additionally, he used a new local anasthesia approach that made the procedure pain-free (one problem with PRP for hair restoration is that it is painful). As a licensed healthcare provider myself, I am a very educated consumer. And I would definately recommend him to anyone without reservation!

I grew up with my father as my doctor. When I moved to Georgia and I was looking for a doctor, my expectations were very high. When I found Dr. Zack, I knew right away he was the perfect doctor for me. Look no further, he is the best!!!

Seen promptly, through exam and physical. Dr Charkawi was not rushed and took time to answer my questions.

The Dr. and CNA were not welcoming at all. They made me feel really uncomfortable. I asked the Dr. about getting a prostate exam. He replies, "are you afraid of anything?" They never offered a follow up appointment. This was a really odd experience and I will not return.

I liked Dr. Zack very much. I will go back to him again

I have been going to Dr Charkawi for over 10 years. He is a wonderful Dr. who is extremely thorough! He takes his time with you and wants to help you in any way he can! His staff is extremely professional and caring as well. I would recommend him for all ages!

Absolutely it’s not the right place. Please do not go there. I called to full up with DR zack regarding my health concerns and my prescription, he did not call me back or his Nurse.His Nurse was very rude and not respectful. You just number for them. I will not go back. The medicine that given me by DR zack almost killed me., after I called them for updates no one cares.in progress to file complain.

The office staff was very friendly, Meagan was very professional and polite. New patient check in was a breeze since you can download forms before you go to the doctors office. Wait time was average, the waiting room is clean and comfortable chairs. Dr. Zack Charkawi, was a good listener and I felt comfortable talking to him regarding my health and concerns. Through our conversation I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. If you are new to this area I would definitely recommend.

My first visit was great. I came in wanting to get US. After I spoke to Dr. Charkawi about my concerns. He automatically set me up to get the US. I did not even have to ask. If you like waiting an hour past your scheduled appointment time, this is the place for you! Front desk girl is rude. Rude! I also have to receive a call back for a bad reaction to medication. Worst experience i have ever had.

A good friend recommended Dr. Charkawi to me. It was the very best move I ever made. Dr Charkawi is a terrific listener and took the time to thoroughly evaluate me. The best doctor I have! I drive 60+ miles to see Dr. Chiarkawi and its worth every bit of time. Dr Charkawi is truly among the very best! I had been suffering from ADD throughout my adult life. He carefully evaluated me. I was given an EKG and Dr. Charkawi closely monitored my medication and its benefit. My life has made a terrific change for the better, and I owe this to Dr. Charkawi. Well Done!
