The office was extremely outdated and disorganized. Dr. Rios was nice enough, but the treatment did nothing. I have the same issue and am now being treated elsewhere. When I called for my paperwork to be transferred, they had no record of me being seen there. The receptionist kept saying are you sure you came here? Finally she took my info, and called me back later saying they did find it, it was filed in the other docs system.

Definitely do not recommend this office. The staff are kind, but seemingly very disorganized and do not return calls often. They made me incorrect orthotics that made my feet worse and then did not work with me to stand by the product and fix them. The doctor did not recommend PT for my feet - when that is the first thing they did when I finally got smart enough to transfer to another office. Should have left the practice years ago. Definitely find somewhere else to get foot care.

Staff are friendly but seemingly disorganized (do not return calls etc). Was very dissatisfied with the care there and finally sought out another doctor - and my problem is getting resolved. I do not recommend this practice at all.
