Very thorough and took time with my new patient exam. Friendly and helpful ????

Absolutely horrible doctor, mid pandemic she fires me as a patient via letter in the mail after setting up another appointment by phone just a day before the letter the arrived! Top it off no reason was given as to why I was being terminated! They set the appointment for past the service date knowing they wouldn’t be accepting me as a patient! Staff is absolutely horrid! Manners are non existent! Charlestown’s finest example of “it’s not what you know it’s who you,” well you can finish the rest! Computers are their life lines without them they are lost! They leave clients in the rooms for hours , forgetting they are even checked in! My point is if you want Back wood hicks this is your place, if you want a good doctor I suggest looking anywhere else!
