Had a 1:00 appointment called and asked if we could come in at 8:45 AM. Which we did despite living 26 miles away. We got there and then waited till 9:45 before we left without seeing Doctor. Will not be back.

As usual, my most recent visit was highly satisfactory!

Whenever I have had to see Dr Riveria because of a sudden problem I have gotten in right away. I felt very Blessed this morning I called at 8:20 and I had an appointment at 9:30. Thank you Kim you are always so thoughtful and always pleasant and caring. Thank you Dr Rivera.

I am very happy with everyone at this Drs. office. Dr. Rivera listens to everything you say and explains fully when I have a question. Kim is so friendly and efficient and the office staff very nice and helpful. I wish I had found this office a long time ago.

Dr Rivera is very thorough and professional. He seems to has my well being at heart because he often reminds me not to take too many OTC pain meds. Very pleasant doctor who can be reached easily when needed.

Dr Rivera is a caring doctor who listens to your complaints, and carefully checks your blood tests. He is proactive when he sees something that is not usual for you, and follows up with appropriate meds or tests. He caught my husband's cancer in a treatable stage, and as a result lived a longer, better life . I really appreciate that he calls with you results the same or next day, so that you know all is well or what to do if a problem is detected.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rivera for over a decade, he listens with patience and explains accurately. The office staff is great too. Kim, Nidia, Marcia to name a few, are always helpful.

I do like coming to this office. Everyone is friendly and nice. Dr Rivera’s assistant, Kim, is great. She is enjoyable to work with and puts you at ease. Dr Rivera is also great, as he listens to you. The two ladies in the lab were very nice, and the ladies up front are always great.

My wife and I are very pleased with dr. Rivera-Flores and his entire office. The office staff is always very accommodating at making appointments to accommodate our schedule. Kim is very good and if you have to have a shot, she is good at making them as painless as possible. Lottie is the absolute best at drawing blood — the only person that can stick my wife once and get three tubes of blood. We’re very happy we chose this practice as our primary care facility.

Dr. Rivera reminds me of the doctors who came to our home when I was a little girl. He knows who I am when I arrive, knows immediately my history, and takes more than enough time for me. If blood work or other tests are warranted, he calls patients personally. I am very impressed with him and his staff. I always recommend him when someone asks for a new doctor.

Excellent Doctor and great staff! This Doctor is amazing he really cares about his patients. No matter how minor the problem, if you bring it to his attention he ensures that when you leave you have an answer. Who calls with your lab results "the Doctor" who does that? I am sure very few if any. He is the first Doctor who has ever called me to provide my lab results and there generally good. The staff they are all wonderful starting from the front desk to the nurse!

Dr. Rivera has been my primary physician since I moved to Ocala and was recommended to me by a person in the health industry. I have found him to be both caring and knowledgeable in handling my healthcare needs. He is proactive in discussing things that he feels I should do to either improve or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Whenever any tests are performed, he discusses the results, and the meaning of the results, immediately. He makes me comfortable to discuss any problems with him.
