Dr. Adil Yousif Arabbo

It used to be a good small family doctor practice. Now they are focused on growth and money and not patient care. NP did the annual physical without having blood work done. Told me to complete blood work and they will call me to go over results. Completed blood work at their office (which is a new service) and never heard back from them. Called to ask for results they have scheduled me for phone consultation (ok, I guess). NP called to go over the results and then proceeded to bill me for the call. I am sorry but part of the annual physical is to do the blood work and go over the results and next steps with the patient. Called the office to address the issue and the info was passed to office manager who never got back to me. Called back to see what's going on and the manager is out on vacation. When I have explained that this has been open for a while and I am considering leaving practice I was offered simple Sorry and OK. I have been going to the office for the past 6 years since I have moved into the area... I guess it is time to find someone new... Also, if you are relatively healthy they will try to be done with you as soon as possible since there are no additional tests or follow ups to be done and therefore you offer low Return on Investment. But be prepared to sit in the office waiting for a doctor for at least an hour.

If I could give negative stars for this office I would. Please save yourself and do not see this doctors office. My husband saw him for an injury to his wrist which was very painful and he said just put ice on it after he was healed. Then we went back in for an infection and the Nurse Madilyn saw my husband and looked at the area and said she did not think it was infected and gave him a referral to a surgeon to look at it. We went the next day to the surgeons who said to thank the doctors for wasting our time and his because he has an infection that needs antibiotics. I called the doctors office back within 24 hours and they said to go to urgent care because they have to see him in order to give him antibiotics! I said can you see him now and she said no. They were so cold to us and did not care. I took my husband to the emergency room and he underwent emergency surgery for gangrene and sepsis. He almost died because his primary doctors refused to help him with antibiotics. He had to have a section of muscle and tissue removed that was 15 inches by 4 inches. He is scarred for life now and they still do not care. Please for your safety and the health and safety of others DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am reporting them to the state of Michigan medical board and hired an attorney for ma practice. Take it from me this is the scariest experience we have ever gone through and they are the worst doctors ever. I almost lost my husband due to their neglect and I do not want that to happen to anyone else.

Should have a No stars option. Horrible experiences with dr arabbo. So unprofessional, full of arrogance, and hands off. He really should have chosen a different career path because he certainly doesn't care for his patients and their well being. Nor does he hold any accountability for his actions, or lack thereof. No bedside manner, no regard for his patients. Highly recommend finding any doctor other than arabbo! I've never written a poor review, but there's a first time for everything.

Allows you plenty of time to discuss concerns, symptoms, etc. Never feels rushed.

First I want to say something I don't recommend this Dr. Office because the Staff is very very bad they don't know how to communicate with people and I think they don't understand very good English. I did my blood work last year on December for yearly check up . They didn't even call me for my results and I came up Pre-diabetes . I needed the Dr. To look at my results and right me Metformin. Dr. Arabbo is great!

Dr. Arabbo is one of the best doctors that I have had the privilege to be a patient for. Dr. Arabbo goes beyond the four corners of a physician’s office and emphasizes on the care aspect of his practice. He stays behind after discussing your treatment, follow up, etc. and answers all of your questions, even the new questions that can come up, during the time that he has with you. With that extra care of being sympathetic and emphatic to his patients, this means that he has longer wait times, per patient. Most negative reviews that are on this list mentions wait times, but overall, they like the care that he gives. Patients need to practice patience as they are all going to be seen. One busy day, I was the last patient booked and the team was backed up. His team reassured me that he was still going to see me and etc. long story short, he saw me like everyone else, with utmost care and respect, all not knowing they were busy. It wasn’t until his team stated to me that he has missed lunch just to see everyone today. His staff definitely cares for the patient as they are always smiling and cheerful. The smile they give are genuine since their eyes never lie. The only downside for his team is that there is really none. People would say the wait time, but everyone nowadays want fast approaches. Not understanding the poor reviews left by others. Today was my first visit and I am beyond pleased with Dr. Arabbo and his staff! I’ve always been afraid of the doctor but I felt completely comfortable here. Finally found an office I will be sticking with.

Dr. Arabbo makes you feel like family. I came from another Dr and he does not compare. Whatever is wrong with you he will go above and beyond to get you back at 100% with the best explanations on what is the problem. If you want a real Dr he is the man straight to the point.

I have been seeing him for over 2 years. Best Dr. I ever had. With his great care I have better BP & blood work. Also have removed a lot of the daily pills now down to only 2 hope soon to have none. Great bed side manners & sense of humor. Takes time to listen to you so wait times can be 20-30mins. I don't care that I have to wait a little longer to see a Dr. that listens and hears your concerns and wants to fix the problem not just the symptoms. All so the staff is great too.

Great Physician office overall for my family. However, every visit we have been there we waited more than an hour to be seen. It's okay if you have all the time in the world. I am extremely satisfied with the care I receive from the time I make the call for an appointment to the time my appointment is concluded. The office staff tries to accommodate me as quickly as possible, are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Arabbo patiently listens to my recounting of symptoms, goes over the treatment plan thoroughly and answers any further questions I may have. I never leave feeling that I am a “number,” a patient to be seen in fifteen minutes so that a required number of patients can be seen in a day. Dr. Arabbo is the best doctor I have ever had... He saved my left foot from infection even after the ER had turned me away.... I am sooo very grateful but I unfortunately had to move up north.... There is not a single doctor up here that is as personable as he is and hope that when I do finally move back down state he is still accepting patients!

Dr. Arabbo has hurt me twice. first time when he was my physician back in 2015 and every time I goes to visit him,he keep me waiting 2 hrs. and most of the time not in waiting room ,but in doctor checking room when be able to do nothing and when i complain about situation ,he did not say sorry long delay,in stead he stated that i cant' promise any better. so i have left him and saw another physician. second time, after more than three years in 2018, i have had forgot about fist time, and my insurance provider had changed ,in addition to Dr. Arabbo location and operation work with my working schedules. Best family doctor hands down. He's very thorough and takes time to communicate with you each and every visit. He makes recommendations and prescribes medications as needed - based on your needs and not the needs of the pharmaceutical companies.
