Adelle T Quintana

I went for a consultation about a cyst on my wrist and a full body exam. Dr. Quintana said she didn’t perform cyst evals/ removals and she didn’t even perform the exam. All she did was write up a prescription for my eczema ointment and recommend I look for an esthetician if I want to discuss skin types. LOL. (BTW: Her team neglected to mention that she doesn’t perform cyst evals/ removals when I booked the appointment!) I can’t believe I wasted time and money on this subpar experience.

A terrific doctor with golden hands and great knowledge of skin issue. You can trust her100%, this evaluation comes from a patient who’s a son of a Doctor!

Dr. Quintana has outstanding work ethics and is very compassionate. It is evident she is highly educated, exceptionally trained and is an expert at her field which makes me feel safe being her patient. Visit was excellent. Addressed all my concerns. I had eczema on my neck and they gave me a sample of cortisone which cleared it up in a few hours. I highly recommend the facial laser. Within days your skin looks beautiful. Adele always does an awesome job!

I like that Dr. Quintana is very attentive and always answers my questions.

Hard to believe it but I've been seeing Dr. Quintana for almost 10 years now. While she is an aesthetic dermatologist, she is primarily focused on the health of my skin. She will not point out cosmetic imperfections unless I bring them up first. She has helped me heal from devastating cystic acne, given me laser treatments, checked suspicious moles, and helped me develop a powerful anti-aging regimen. All of her staff are very nice and helpful. The office is gorgeous and I really appreciate the safety protocols during covid. The flexible hours are great too. I've never spent a long time waiting to be seen in her office. Nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Q!

I have been going to Laser & Mohs for the past 2 years and the entire staff is wonderful! They are extremely helpful and kind. The NPs and Dr. Quintana take their time when seeing you and go through any and all questions you may have! They never make you feel rushed. Dr Quintana is a great dermatologist who is thorough in her exams. She also does a much better job than most of explaining side effects and long term effects of prescriptions. She is also willing to explain natural or holistic solutions that you might be able to try as well.

She was able to tell immediately what my problem was and how she would treat it. Then she did a test run on my skin... guess what, I saw instant improvement overnight. I've been to about 10 dermatologists in my lifetime until I finally found Dr. Quintana. A truly incredible doctor who listens to what you say. Never tries to sell you unnecessary treatments. As long as I was compliant with her treatment protocol, my skin continues to improve. Lovely office/waiting room and excellent reception.

Dr. Quintana caught skin cancer on my back and removed it with the Mohs procedure. She did an amazing job and I haven’t trusted anyone else with my skin since. She has also done some cosmetic procedures that came out perfect. The staff is very friendly, office is very clean and making an appointment is easy and convenient.

I had been seeing Dr. Quintana for a little over two years but after a recent and terrible experience, I will never go back again. I went in for an appointment and asked her a question about something cosmetic. She said she could handle my request in her office and then recommended that I make an appointment for a consultation so we could talk more about it. I went in for a consultation, we spoke about the options and I was very clear about which road I wanted to go down. I even asked her what she would do and she agreed with my decision- or so I thought. Apparently we were on different pages, unbeknown to me. However, I left the appointment with a scheduled procedure for a month later. When I came in, she had no idea why I was there. It was like she had a change of heart or was nervous. She began saying that she didn’t know I had planned to come in for the procedure (even though her office booked my appointment before I left the consultation), she needed more time to do it and suggested that I go to a plastic surgeon instead. I sat there flabbergasted. Not knowing what to say, I asked how much this would be at a plastic surgeon. She said she would find out and came back with a post-it with an amount 4x the amount she was charging and four plastic surgeons listed. Then she left. That was it. Luckily I insisted on getting my consultation fee refunded and that’s the only upside to this. I left disappointed, betrayed and defeated. Pros: Dr. Quintana gave the right medications for my dad. They have free juice, coffee and tea stand outside the office. Cons: The wait room was not crowded but we waited for a while. The nurse was thorough but the process felt rushed. We wished we the doctor could have spent more time with my father. The nurse took pictures of my dad but I rather the doctor examine him more exhaustively herself. The doctor gave us two recommendations for dermatologists who could help provide a certain treatment. Those two doctors were unavailable. I asked the nurse to get back to me. I even texted them via Klara but no one responded to me. I’ve had two Mohs procedures at Dr. Quintana’s office. Dr. Quintana and her staff are amazing. Both procedures were relatively painless. Both were on my face, and there was barely any scarring. I highly recommend Dr. Quintana. She has a busy practice, but sees you very close to your scheduled appointment time.

Read all of the positive reviews and decided to see Dr. Quintana for cosmetic procedures. I started with Botox, but unfortunately the results were not good. My eyelids dropped and looked tired and my bunny lines were not injected correctly. Dr. Quintana said could correct her mistakes, but couldn’t. Stay away if your considering cosmetic treatment.

I have been treated at Dr. Quintana's for about one year. Dr. Quintana is very nice and very good at treating post-acne skin. The girl Maria who does the Micro-derm on me is super nice and very skilled. However, the reason why I didn't give it 5-star is because the woman at the front desk is super rude! E.g., she over-charged me today for my microderm with Maria. When I called back to double-check with the charge the way she talked to me is like I do not speak English at all. NO APOLOGIES were ever mentioned and she hung up the phone while I was still speaking. Office has a great ambiance. Did not wait past my appointment time. Dr. Quintana is a delight and very knowledgable. My only complaint- Receptionists at the front desk are NOT welcoming at all. Their demeanor is rude, tone is rude and carry a "you are bothering me by standing here" attitude.
