I've been Dr Shehatas patient for 14 years. He's an excellent Dr He's very patient,he listens his bedside manners are OUTSTANDING!!

I was repeatedly exposed to toxic fumes where I used to live, causing me to experience frequent pre-syncope and fainting episodes. Thanks to Dr. Shehata’s professional suggestion, I wore a home heart monitor that he prescribed for me. After I fainted while wearing the monitor, Dr. Shehata knew exactly what I needed; a pacemaker. Upon my acceptance of having the procedure, Dr. Shehata implanted the pacemaker into me the following day and since the first day I had my pacemaker, I no longer faint. I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Shehata; he is a superlative doctor… He is my hero.

Excellent Heart doctor very caring and great bedside manner . He put in a pacemaker in me no other heart doctor would do it said I was to young . Felt better as soon as I got out of surgery . My pulse was to low . Thank you Dr Shehata . I would highly recommend him .

We adore Dr Shehata. He listens, he cares about his patients, and has a true passion for his profession. We have been going to him for years and recommend him highly.

My experience with Dr. Shehata is excellent, however, I have left three messages trying to get in touch with his assistant and have not received a callback. I am trying to schedule surgery on my neck and the surgeon needs confirmation from a cardiologist that it would be ok for me to have the surgery.

He is very competent and knowledgeable regarding his specialty. He explains the procedures and diseases well. The office staff are very good and caring. Wait times for me have been very good too.

I absolutely LOVE this Dr!!! And the office staff is just as good as he is! He listens closely to what you have to say and gives you an answer. I had seen three different doctors in the past 18 mos and he was the ONLY one who was able to actually help me!

I love Dr. Shata. He is very active and listens to his patients and truly cares.

Dr. Shehata was soft spoken & easy to talk to. Knowing I had no clue about anything he took his time explaining everything in terms I could understand. He also took the time to get to know me & my lifestyle. All in all that first visit was reassuring I was in the right hands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shehata for three years when I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and he implanted a pacemaker in my chest. I feel that Dr. Shehata saved my life and I can't say enough about how wonderful, patient and helpful he has been over the years. I have referred several people to him and they all feel the same way about him and always thank me for the referral. His staff is always helpful and courteous and I would refer Dr. Shehata without hesitation.

I called the office 9 times and left a message with a "Shannon" within 1.5 weeks regarding results since I am in California and I cannot make it back, I have yet to hear. I just called again and had to speak with a real person to hand off my message in person to this Shannon. VERY poor customer service, the recepionist are rude at times and can be very brevit. This speaks volumes about the real customer care, but as for Dr. Shehata, he is fantastic.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shehata. He installed my pacemaker and I have had several office visits with him. Although he is always very busy he always takes the time to answer all my many questions and to calm me down. I really appreciate all that he has done for me. Also the office staff and his nurse Shannon are always very understanding and helpful.
