The wait time is absolutely terrible. An hour and a half! Just to be seen by the doctor for 15 minutes! Nearly 2 hours I had to wait. I understand that sometimes they have busy days, but find a way to diminish that wait time. It's unbelievable and outrageous.

If your goal is to obtain asleep study, avoid this practice at all costs. They booked me a week out and lead me to believe they had several openings in upcoming weeks for sleep study appointment. However after going for my consultation, they informed me that the next appointment isn’t for at least three months. Either confirm A date to have the sleep study conducted before going in for a consultation or avoid this practice all together. Since medical billing is different for each person, I can’t guarantee your cost, but my consultation was $180 in which I refuse to pay. Dr. Shapiro is a very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional Doctor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even with the extra measures that we are taking to make sure that the virus doesn't spread from person to person. I felt comfortable on the first visit. I actually got in and out of the office, in a less amount of time that I had been anticipating. Although I must say, they are still in the remodeling of their office and rooms from the two 2017 Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
