Adam Rourke

This Doctor yells at his patients. He talks over you, don’t listen and tested things that didn’t need to be tested because he didn’t listen. This place is a joke! Run find someone else!

Dr. Rourke was the best for my son! Couldn't have been happier. It's been about 3 years since my son had his surgery and he hasn't had a sinus infection since.

Dr Rourke is fantastic. He takes the time to listen to you to help heal you. He’s always been open and honest and sticks with his plan. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was able to help get my smell back - it was a long process but he stuck with me throughout it all. Highly recommend!

It's his way or no way. Very cocky like he's boss. Not! My previous ENT left Crittenton in 2016 who did my surgery was wonderful and had state of the art everything. This whole experience was unacceptable. Even at surgery time, I was subjected to later hours because of his previous problems with the previous patient. Came into my room, arms crossed, said, "you don't have to stay here". This is one doc you don't want to adhere to. I have a much better ENT again with modern equipment. I had a sinus issue and was referred to Dr Adam Rourke by a friend and I could not be happier with the introduction. All appointments went smoothly, he explained the issue to me with no jargon and everything was easy to understand. We went over my options and I opted for surgery. The surgery went very well, and I’m very happy with the results. His follow up before, during, and after the fact were above and beyond anything else I’ve experienced with a doctor or surgeon. This was a new Dr to me. I had an audio test and then made an appointment with the hearing aid office. Very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable office. I would recommend ???? ????????????????

Friendly staff, kind and thorough

Dr. Rourke is a wonderful doctor. He care about you and he takes time explaining things to you so you understand your diagnosis. He make me feel very comfortable, and his staff is very pleasant. Dr. Rourke is professional, kind, gentle; and very impressive with his skills. I am so delighted I found him. He tends to take a conservative approach, which an older woman is very grateful.

Dr. Rourke is fantastic; he is thorough, honest, and works to get to the bottom of the issue (not just prescribe a “band-aid” to mask symptoms for awhile). His direct, “tell-it-like-it-is” manner is well-appreciated.

Great doctor. Great listener. Dr. Adam is very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained my sinus problem in a very plain and clear language so I understood what's been happening with my taste/smell disorder.

Couldn’t diagnose the problem, prescribed steroids but doesn’t know the reason for prescribing it .. very unprofessional approach, wouldn’t even listen to the patient just keeps talking as if we’re fools.

He is the best doctor I’ve visited. I went to many different doctors for my vertigo and everyone say different things without helping but he found the issue right away and i got it fixed. Thank you so much doctor Adam you are amazing

Excellent physician, very professional and results speak for themselves...I can hear! So happy I found this practice. I would definitely refer family and friends. Dr. Rourke has amazing bedside manner and is fantastic with patients. They accommodated me very quickly and I was able to get in same day. Thank you so much for everything!

this doctor is a strange person and surgery happy told me i needed a surgery or i was going to die ! did not need the surgery and am still here 3 years later and he used a dirty scope on me it happened people if you dont listen to me then find out for your self .

If you want a doctor/surgeon that is an expert in his field then you want Dr. Rourke. I had surgery 8 months ago. He explained everything about the surgery. I felt I was in competent hands. Dr. Rourke spends plenty of time with his patients and will answer any questions you have.

I have a condition called Samter's Triad which was diagnosed over 10-years ago and first had polyp surgery in 2007. Even before that I only had a sense of smell when on bursts of prednisone. I found Dr. Rourke in 2016 after moving to Michigan from Ohio. He took the time to learn my history and first tried some non-invasive techniques. After limited success, we agreed to sinus surgery in 2017 and now I have my sense of smell, no polyps, and no daily sneezing episodes. A 5-star doctor to me.

Dr. Rourke is AMAZING! After suffering many years (at least 10) with other doctors treating my sinusitis. Dr. Rourke found the REAL cause and cured me!

Dr. Rourke has treated my ear infections (wax) for several years...Always positive and sincere about my problem...Appointments are usually scheduled quickly..

Dr. Rourke was very professional and caring in dealing with my 95 year old mom. He made her feel at ease and was able to help resole her hearing problem.

I recently attended an examination/consultation with my elderly father. I was SO IMPRESSED with Dr Rourke.DO. He took the necessary time to share Film and test results, answering all our questions. He welcomed collaboration in discussing medical history and gave us options. We were able to locate and supply 10 year old records, that he welcomed in his treatment plan options. As a health care worker myself, it is rare to find a physician with the skill, education and TIME to support a good diagnosis and treatment plan. We are patients for life and I will be referring others.
