I went to Dr Orden for extraction of impacted wisdom teeth on both sides. Although I had two teeth extracted at the same session the surgery was very smooth and I had no pain or discomfort. Also, the instructions they gave me after the surgery were very clear and helped me recover without suffering. I highly recommend him.

I have had several wonderful dentists in my life, but sadly Dr. Orden, who I came to see for a specific issue (sleep apnea), is not one of them. Got all four wisdom teeth out by Dr. Orden. Him and his team were honestly incredible. He was so quick and did such a great job, I did not even need any pain medicine and healed pretty easily.

This is the email I sent to Dr. Orden. It’s been over 1 week and I still have not received a response. Hi Dr. Orden, I am emailing you because I recently had an MRI due to worsening symptoms which shows that: 1. There is marked reduced motion bilaterally. There is only 3mm of anterior translation of the mandible condylws bilaterally. 2. There are degenerative changes of the right TMJ with an anterior osteophyte arising from the mandibular condyle. There is anterolateal dislocation of the right TMJ disc. 3. There is anterior subluxation of the left TMJ disc. I am confused as to how the right TMJ disc is still displaced when you performed surgery to reposition the disc and installed an anchor. I am also confused as to how I am now finding out that there are degenerative changes of the right TMJ. I have been complaining for over a year now that my symptoms have gotten worse since surgery, but you never ordered the imaging. As a result, I had to see many specialists. A TMJ dentist ordered the MRI. He told me that the panoramic X-ray that you took in your office does not completely show the TMJ, so that X-ray is not accurate. Also, it says that the left TMJ disc is out of position which you never informed me of. I’m unsure how all of these issues could have resulted since you were supposed to have been treating me. I complained to you about pain and other symptoms, but my complaints were ignored. As a result, I’ve had to see many specialists which costs me more money and I am suffering physically, emotionally, and mentally. This increased pain is affecting my life. Please email me and let me know if you think I should schedule an appointment to discuss my options. I can bring copies of the MRI and the report to show you. I am meeting with my TMJ dentist soon, but he only makes oral appliances and does not perform surgery. I am very concerned as my pain gets worse and worse. I hope that you can help find another solution. Another issue that I have is whenever I request medical records there is a problem. If I am going to receive proper treatment elsewhere, then I need to be able to have access to my medical records. As you can see, I am worse off now since Dr. Orden performed a surgery. The surgery he performed did more harm than good and he doesn’t even have the decency to email me back because he is arrogant and doesn’t want to admit that he did not fix the issue and made problems worse. DO NOT GO HERE. It is impossible to get into contact with anyone at the front desk. Their voicemail box gets full and you cannot leave a message. You're lucky if someone even picks up the phone when you call. Additionally, they don't call to confirm when you have surgery or an appointment which makes things way more taxing for the patient and family. I have a family member that is supposed to go in tomorrow or Wednesday but we can't even confirm when the surgery is because there is zero communication from staff. DO NOT GO HERE. Dr. Orden removed my wisdom teeth and the recovery afterwards was quite easy, especially in comparison to recoveries that friends went through (these friends did not see Dr. Orden.) I was not in much pain even on day 1!

Dr Orden utilizes procedures and equipment that are proven and well established while incorporating the latest trends, once proven successful. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. This practice is the "go to" group for my family..

He is amazing. He extracted my tooth in about 2 minutes. No pain during the procedure and practically no pain or swelling afterwards. If you need an extraction, I would recommend that you see Dr. Orden.

Great service

Dr. Orden removed my wisdom teeth, I had a wonderful experience with not only him but all the staff. While of course having oral surgery is no fun, they did everything possible to make my recovery go as well as it could. They were very accommodating and easy to communicate with, I would highly recommend.
