When I called the doctor today, I was given much better service then the past. I appreciate her kind words.

The doctor is fine but the front staff is terrible. When I called to let her know I tested positive for covid her response was “ and?” That is horrifying. I asked if there was a treatment I should follow she very rudely told me there was nothing they could do unless I need cough medicine or something. Dr. Milkulski should look into who answered his phones on Monday, March 25!

Dr. Mikulski is a wonderful doctor. He is professional and extremely thorough; he takes time with his patients and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

Dr. Mikulski is very thorough and genuinely cares about his patients. He does not rush you in and out of an appointment like I have experienced at other places. The staff is extremely helpful as well.

Horrible front desk personnel. Always a problem when I have to refill routine prescriptions.

Dr. Adam Mikulski should have no stars. He is unprofessional and the nurse is as well. The appt was set for 2 patients. There was a misunderstanding of the times appointed. Dr. Mikulski and the nurse reiterated with constant huffing and puffing attitudes about being late. 1 appt was late by 12 minutes not the other one. Ignoring the sarcasm we decided to continue with the appointment. But the constant huffing and puffing, led us to believe that they did not want to care for us because of the comment that DR. MIKULSKI MADE "this is not a PUBLIC DOCTORS OFFICE". This ended the visit because of Dr. Adam Mikulski RACIAL comment. We are hardworking individuals with 100% health insurance coverage. Nice office but everytime i call no one ever answers tbe phone???? while its open. Wish i could leave a message but they do not provide this.

Dr. Mikulski is very thorough and takes time to explain everything and listen. His nurse practitioner is also very pleasant and willing to listen and provide feedback. The medical staff have been excellent. The front desk staff; however, needs to be trained on how to better communicate with the patients. I try to get matters resolved on my own and be the least bothersome. However, when I need assistance from the front desk workers am always met with an attitude. Mind you I only call when I have no other choice. Cringing at the thought of calling for an appointment or in need of assistance is not how patients should feel . Truly considering getting another doctor only because of this issue. I see im not the only person who has encountered this type of treatment. Dr. Mikulski is great! Very thorough and down to earth. He has a great bedside manner. The front desk staff and medical assistants are always pleasant.

Scheduled an appointment for a yearly physical. Receptionist was a little bit on the rude side. Being a first-time patient no one explained to me that there would be a $45 copay for a first visit. When I called back to question to $45 copay again and ask why certain procedures were not performed I was informed at that time I did not get a physical and it was a first-time patient visit charge. No one had explained any of this to me either during my appointment making procedure or when I went into the office to get my physical even though I repeated stated that I was there for a physical. The Dr. Seemed ok but I did not appreciate the attitude at the front desk or the handling of the paperwork and a lack of information I was given. I don't think I will be returning.

Always listens, always explains, up to date with latest treatments. Been seeing him for many years and he literally saved my life

Dr Mikulski is very thorough and caring. I have been going here for years. Staff is also very nice.

Dr Mikulski takes the time to listen to me and treating my illness. He is very thorough in his diagnosis.

My mom, who is on Medicare, visited this Doctor for a checkup. When my mom went to ask questions about her health she started referencing some notes she had on a piece of paper. The Dr. stopped and said, "Whoa, I don't have time to talk to you about all that, I only can give you 15 minutes and of that 15 minutes I can only talk to you for a fraction of it." SO because my mom has medicare, which probably doesn't pay doctors much, the guy decided my parents weren't worth much of his time. My mom, who is on Medicare, visited this Doctor for a checkup. Dr. Mikulski seems like a good guy, unfortunately that's all I can say. I have never called and not been placed on hold. When I did speak with the front desk they were rude and unprofessional. I feel that if the doctor truly cared for his patients, he would be sure his staff provided them with courteous communication. In my case, I was asked to drive to a separate lab for bloodwork, I took time off of work and drove from Philadelphia to the lab. When I arrived, I was told I needed to have been fasting. This information was not provided to me ahead of time. Of course the front desk disagreed and was quite condescending when I asked them to please inform me in the future. I’ve been going to Dr Mikulski for as long as I can remember and he’s always been great! The nurses at the front desk are always friendly and help as much as possible. I’ve always been able to make appointments easily.

Dr. Milkulski has been my physician for the last 4 years and I have had great experiences with this practice. Getting through with phone calls can get bothersome but the front desk and Dr. Mikulski are great workers.

Dr. Mikulski has been my family doctor for at least 5-6 years. He has been an immense help in my life. He is analytical and cares about his patients. When administering medication he thoroughly considers the impact that the medication may have on his patient and whether the side effects are outweighed by the benefits. I recommend him to everyone. Dr. Adam is very professional and most importantly a good listener. I feel confident in his opinion. I have been with this practice a few years now and I like having a dedicated, family doctor and not a health care facility

He’s absolutely awful and his staff is just as bad. I went multiple times for digestive issue and chest pains and he said it was indigestion. I finally took it upon myself to see a specialist and was a risk for my gallbladder exploding. His appointments are inconvenient and when I called early to try and get one for being sick- No one called back. I had to call in to find out he wasn’t going to call meds in like every other time, and there were no times. No to mention how he talks to patients.

My daughter has been seeing Dr Mikulski since she was about 3 and I am very satisfied with the care she receives from him. We are always able to get an appointment in a timely fashion when needed and have never had to wait for more than the average wait time I have had with any other doctor when we arrive for our appointment. He is pleasant and straightforward, he doesn't sugar coat things and talks to my daughter on her level of understanding. I am very happy with him as her doctor!

Doctor canceled my appointment due to personal issues at home after I waited two months for it. They then asked me to wait two more months for another appointment (I required an evening or weekend appointment).

As we all get a little older everyday, Dr. Mikulski and I realized that its been 17 years since we first started our Dr. / Patient relationship. That's 17 years without any issues or problems with the way he handles things. I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you Dr. Mikulski for keeping an eye on me for over 17 years.

I had a friend who went if for issues with having a severe rash. Didn't have an appointment, they were able to schedule her in. The Doctor comes in with his rude self, slams the door and says. "ok lets see this rash that you have, I have other patients to attend to. No bed side manner at all no hello, how are you? He was just completely rude. How can a doctor treat a patient like that. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Robotic, no bedside manner. I'm on medicine when not filled I start withdrawing really bad. Will not give refills, always have to call his staff a few days before my medicine runs out. For the last 2 months he filled my medicine late, 5 days late! Always wants to see me in 3 months, which I don't mind, just to take my blood pressure and monitor my heart rate. I don't have high blood pressure nor a bad heart! My problems are anxiety and depression. I think he needs a sabbatical! Not on point.

He puts my children and myself at ease. He listens. He explains in detail the problem, where you understand it.

Would never recommend this Doctor to anyone. I've had to leave the office after waiting over an hour past my appointment time. If I call, I'm on hold for sometimes over 20 minutes before I finally hang up and try back. Dr. Mikulski is/was a doctor for me and other family members of mine for which they have all had bad experiences with. He's rude at times and I always felt rushed. I've left every appointment feeling like it was a complete waste of my time.
