I saw Dr Mariotti after my dental films indicated that I had a blocked sinus. Dr Mariotti was very pleasant, professional, thorough and patient. He put me at ease by doing some tests and prescribing some medications. I am going back after my surgery. I thought the staff and front reception area were very helpful and pleasant. Dr. Mariotti is a true expert in his specialty. He performed a thorough exam and discovered the source of my issue that I have been struggling with for a very long time. He presented a number of sound treatment options and although I was a bit anxious about the procedure I chose to have done, he was so incredibly kind and professional, that I was able to relax. I cannot sing his praises enough.

Excellent doctor. Best ENT in the country. His professionalism and kindness goes a long way.

tldr: medical care is rushed, billing is a problem Long story short (due to character limit) the billing department misquoted amounts which resulted in a bill much higher than I expected. They took no real responsibility for this misinformation. I researched this. They basically used the most expensive equipment (normally for a more thorough procedure) for a cursory procedure they could have done with less expensive equipment. But, because they use the more expensive equipment, they can bill for the more expensive/thorough procedure. The end result, between the misinformation from the billing department and the "upgrade" to the procedure, I spent about $200 more than I expected. The provider barely checked me, said I probably had a sinus infection, and sent me off with an expensive prescription for antibiotics/steroids. All in all, I could have gone to a walk-in clinic, spent 1/5 to 1/4 as much, and walked out with the same level of care/result.

Really liked Dr. Mariotti. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend him.

Both my son and daughter have benefitted from the care that Dr. Mariotti has given them. Both have had their share of ear aches over the years and with complete confidence we know that Dr.Mariotti will diagnose and treat them correctly the first time. The result of this is my entire family now sees Dr.Mariotti for all their ENT needs as well as regular skin cancer screening with spot on diagnosing and treatment. I was at my lowest emotional and physical point 7 months ago from severe environmental allergies. I suddenly had so many symptoms and felt my body was under assault. I didn't know where to start. A few doctors later, I was referred to Dr. Mariotti in Exton. First - ENTACC is a top notch organization. Dr. Mariotti listened carefully and validated my issues. I came looking for relief of chronic terrible headaches. After scoping my nose, there was only swelling. He recommended I get further testing for allergies. I went for a second opinion and it turns out the doctor believed my symptoms looked more like migraines, not allergies. I went off all OTC allergy (Zyrtec, flonase, medi-pot, Sudafed Sinus in AM and NyQuil sinus in PM) medicine. I feel so much better! I now manage my infrequent headaches with Excedrin Migraine.

Dr Marriotti took the time to listen to me and was helpful and understanding. I will now have him take care of my son's septoplasty because he has earned my trust.

Dr. Mariotti placed tubes in my ears. When I told him I was in pain and it felt like my eardrum was hitting against it, he said it was healing and not to worry. I saw my PCP and he said it seemed like the tube was put it wrong. I went back to Dr. M and he said it was fine. I couldn't take the pain. I went back and saw a different doctor this time- Dr. Picarello. He looked in my ear and said you had this done here? It needs to come out right away! Don't take kids to Dr. Mariotti HE'S THE WORST

I had an appointment with Dr. Mariotti and it was a big disappointment. I was late to been seen by the doctor and once I was seen the visit was interrupted by him leaving the room on multiple occasions to assess other patients.

What a outstanding doctor! His confidence to help me with my sinus issues was tremendous. Dr. Mariotti has really helped me. I appreciate him.
