Our visit with dr. Beck could not have been better. He met with us on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend and came into the office to take care of the metal in my husband's eye. We had no idea that any doctor would come in for us not ever having us as patients on a holiday weekend it was the best thing that could have ever happened thank you Doctor b e c k

RUN!!!!!!! DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR!!! I brought my mother in because it was recommended she follow up with an ophthamologist after experiencing an infection in her eye. He examined my mother for about 10 seconds and barely looked at her eye. He prescribed eye drops and wanted to see her weekly because he thought the infection would spread. We cancelled all follow ups and found a second opinion. After following up with a new doctor, he did a thorough examination and said that she did not have an infection and there was no reason why should would have to see that previous doctor weekly.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Beck and his office. I see him for my routine exam and have my glasses filled by his office. He always takes the time to talk to be about my issues.

I have been a patient of Dr. Beck’s for many years. I have brought my entire family to see him and I recommend him to all of my friends. The office is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable!

From the moment I was diagnosed with detached retina through present. Dr. Beck & Staff have been superior in service, knowledge and over all comforting. Each of the the staff truly made me feel as an individual patient rather than just a number. One way they achieved this, is by recognizing and greeting me by name upon walking in to the office every visit. They have joked with me, asked how my mom is doing, all of which add that little extra touch that is often missed these days.

Dr. Beck always gives his time to explain and answer questions.

I called Dr. Beck's office at the end of the day when my friend had an accident and his eye was extremely bruised, swollen, and fused shut. My friend was seen at the hospital the night before and did not think anything was wrong with his eye. Dr. Beck told up to come to his office immediately and told his staff to keep the office open late just to treat my friend's emergency. We drove there right away and they took us in immediately. The office is filthy and the service is poor. Their Londonderry office is only open 1 day a week. Do not go to this eye doctor! After 5 plus years, we are leaving for a more professional experience.

I have received great care from Dr. Beck and his staff at New England Eye and Facial Specialists. I would highly recommend the office and have been a patient for over 4 years.

Dr Beck was excellent in his expatiation of my issue I was having with eyes. The people were great. I recommend the practice. I have sent several family members to his office.

I received excellent care from Dr. Beck. I had an emergency and he came in on a weekend to see me. Scheduling a follow up appointment was easy, I called the office and they were able to fit me in. I plan on returning to the office for my routine eye care.

I'm not sure about Dr. Beck's abilities but I'm very sure about that of his staff - IT'S NONEXISTENT. I was scheduled for a routine eye exam at his Amesbury office. A few days before the visit I received a call confirming my visit at another location! After two more changes from them, I made it for a 9:30 AM appointment. I was told to come back at 11:00 AM! Had the exam, received a bill from insurance and found that the office had miscoded the bill and that insurance won't pay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first visit, I waited over an hour to see the doctor and spend over two hours total in the office. When they asked me to follow up again the very next week for an eye pressure follow up, I specifically asked how long and was told it would not be a lengthy appointment. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room without being called and then told them I was done waiting and left. While I like Dr. Beck, the staff is disorganized, slow and take entirely too much time to see patients.
