So very happy I found Dr. Ball. He has an excellent educational and medical background. He actually listened to all I had to tell him and he devised a plan of action that was thoroughly explained. I have moved up from south Florida and was having difficulty navigating healthcare in this area. I am thrilled that I found him. The office staff is friendly, kind and very attentive. Dr. Ball is very caring and genuine.

Dr. Ball is very experienced and professional. He gets right to the point. Waiting time is minimal and staff is great. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient if Dr Ball for about 8 years. I trust him without reservation. Recently I saw him as I has waking up several times a night having to urinate and my bladder would not completely empty. I saw him and went through testing to determine what was causing my issue. He determined my prostate was enlarged and found a spot in my bladder which could have been bladder cancer. He performed a biopsy and cauterized the area and also placed Urolift stents. Fortunetly the biopsy was negative. Following a week of recovering from the procedures I am no longer waking up every few hours to urinate any longer. His staff members are true pros. His surgical coordinator Paige Chambers is truly top notch. She had all the answers for my questions regarding preop and post op issues. I have read some negative comments from reviewers regarding Dr Balls attitude and have no idea why. Dr Ball in my opinion is a straight shooter and does not dance around the problem. He gives you the information you need and does not pull any punches. I like the facts...not rosy outlooks followed by apologies when things do not go as planned. Dr. Ball has been awesome in treating my kidney stones. I was having severe kidney stone attacks from late Friday to Monday. I called Dr. Ball on Monday, got a Tuesday appointment, had a CT and rads on Wednesday, and on Thursday I was in surgery having a ureteroscopy and lithotripsy. Unbelievable service and caring. I am now able to sleep without pain. Cannot recommend Dr. Ball highly enough. The best!

My experience with Dr. Ball was great. No problem with the procedure. Very pleased with everything.

Comfortable office with friendly and professional staff who made the visit run smoothly. Dr. Ball was very abrupt but knowledgeable and appeared sure of the diagnosis almost immediately. He referred my husband to The Mayo Clinic because there were no doctors in the state who could help him. Dr Ball then proceeded to schedule three tests in his office where he did not even speak to my husband only the medical assistants after which he very rudely insisted we go to the Mayo Clinic and refused to impart information or answer questions. Having just come from a second opinion where a cd of a test was available (that Dr Ball ordered) we found that the diagnosis was not accurate and instead of surgery there were pharmaceutical options. Based on the above I would suggest someone looking for a urologist look somewhere else.

Was very nasty to my wife. After we made an appointment with another urologist we got a nasty inarticulate letter. Even that had misspellings. I would not rate him very highly. Oh, by the way he shotgunned my wife’s issues and never solved her problems.

Extremely disappointed after being highly recommended. My daughter was in kidney failure and bladder dysfunction which I would say is very serious. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and made my daughter feel very uneasy to ask questions. I was told I needed an appt to further discuss her health concerns and questions we had after her test results came back. The office manager called me in her office to ask why I was there, I simply as a concerned mother and having medical consent to discuss her condition was told to leave rudely. Dr Ball acted as if I was not worth a millisecond of his time after a procedure and treatment from him in an Emergency Room visit where I had to be admitted. Dr Ball acted as if he didnt want to follow up with me regarding my urological needs after my treatment in the hospital.Dr Ball was a fast talker and wanted me to make a decision about my body without even having time to think and also had horrible bed side manner making me feel uncomfortable and not like a patient. When you have a million things being thrown at you it is the drs job to make sure you have a clear understanding about what is going on and that they make you feel comfortable. He appeared in a rush and and seemed to have lacked patience.. Very unwelcoming attitude, It doesnt matter that he was on call you should treat patients like they are yours and you care about what happens to them throughout their treatment especially after because they were your first encounter. I just felt as though he had a strong I dont need you, you need me attitude which as a physician you need to be welcoming. Dr Adam Ball (Gulfstream Urology) is an exceptional physician and gifted surgeon. His office is well-equipped, well-run and very clean. His staff is amazing…truly kind and always professional. They all made sure we understood and were prepared for all the pre-surgery testing and actual REZUM procedure on my 98-year-old father. Dr Ball is certified to perform REZUM and it was a quick and relatively easy surgery done right in his office. My father walked out of the office after receiving the procedure and experienced little pain or discomfort afterwards. The results have been life changing. Dr Ball was able to help my father get safely off his BPH meds and give him some relief. We are incredibly grateful to Dr Ball and highly recommend him.

He might be a good Doctor but very bad bedside manors. He has two sides to him kind and nasty. After my Last Cystoscopy he told me that my bladder need to come out and then go on a bag. I flew up to Buffalo NY to see the Doctor I used up there and he told me if I would have had my bladder removed it would have been a waste of a perfectly good organ. I will never go back to him again.

Read the other reviews and did not experience anything like that when I went for an exam and then a cystoscopy. Both staff and Dr. Ball were courteous and professional. I mean, I hate needing to go there, but I was treated very well. No complaints.

Warning...His office refuses to treat you unless you sign a waiver of your rights to take him to court for malpractice. The office was misleading and not up front about that paperwork in fact they stated it was routine medical forms and to just sign them when in fact it was legal binding paperwork. I am a clinical pharmacist with several decades of clinical practice and as many medical professional we are "terrible patients" when is time for us to be also patients. After 12 days of gross hematuria it was found that I had renal calculus/nephrolithiasis and apparently eliminated a small kidney stone that caused an extensive bleeding situation. Dr. Adam Ball took care of me with great dedication and professionalism. He is an exceptional 10+ urologist and best in the area. He is talented, very knowledgeable and professional. I was recently a patient of Dr. Balls due to an emergency. I had not had the ability to research or to pick and choose a urologist. The professionalism that Dr. Ball and his staff displayed on my initial visit, convinced me I was in very good hands. I was scheduled for test, results of the tests given immediately and then scheduled for surgery. His staff took care of everything. Dr. Ball is an Excellant doctor and surgeon and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We were very hesitant at first, as this was an emergency, and had not been able to do any research. We could not have been more pleased by Dr. Ball and his staff. They went above and beyond to get my husband scheduled for tests and then for surgery. We would highly recommend Dr. Ball. Dr. Ball and his staff have taken great care of me. Having dealt with age appropriate prostate issues for some years now I went to Dr. Ball and his approach was excellent. I am now experiencing a quality of life not had for quite a few years.

Really professional! Helped me so much.

Dr. Ball was an extremely rude doctor. He was very unprofessional and just straight up careless. He did not care about my husbands well being in the slightest and refused to discuss his lab results. He is officially the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life.

I asked him to call a family member who is a well established physician in the area to discuss my results and he was very rude and told me that he wasn’t going to make any separate calls. Last time I checked his office billed the insurance company over $600 for the first visit alone so stop acting like your doing us any favors. I've been going to Dr. Ball for two years. Apparently very knowledgeable, and skilled…but rather curt and short of conversation. I finally requested info about the "Urolift" procedure. Dr. Ball did all the tests to find out if I qualified; and discovered that my prostate was too large. I'm awaiting consultation for further options. I was surprised at the pain involved in the camera and later, a sensing device insertion for the two separate measurement procedures. My PSA indicates little-no chance for cancer; and yet Dr. Ball recommended a TURP, which I thought was just for cancer. I'll be asking about his other, less surgical options. So far, so good. Hi, my urologist left town and couldn't be reached so I went to Dr. Ball. His office staff was great and they got me in within 3 days. Excellent Urologist and Surgeon. Provided detail explanation and took the time to answer every question. Great results since my initial urgent visit over 4 years ago. Dr. Ball diagnosed my husband’s illness. His knowledge was outstanding. Dr. Ball listened. He offered options available. Dr. Ball explained them to my husband in a clear and understandable way. Stay away from this doctor, he lies about your prostate issue just to keep you coming.. He told me twice I had a prostate slightly enlarged and three other urologist before and after him stated mine was fine.. Worst of all he is rude and arrogant!

Great doctor and staff. Had a procedure done a couple of years ago by dr ball.

He's fast, not really for small talk but knows what he is talking about and gets you fixed. Im not paying him to be my friend just make me feel better so five stars for that.

Dr. Ball and his staff are great. I went in and had no problem. I was feeling nervous and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He talked me right through what was going on and he is very personable. Made the process feel more like hanging out than a medical procedure.

I have been seeing Dr.Adam Ball now for approximately two years, being I have bladder cancer . I find him to be the most thorough and caring Dr I have ever had. He really cares about me and my condition. He explains things to you in layman’s terms and always has a plan for your care. His office staff is excellent.

Dr. Ball was the second Urologist I saw. What a difference with everything. Promptly found my cancer, explained treatment, resolved the problem, and now following up. Extremely skilled doctor. I am so grateful for what he's been able to do for me. Incidentally, the staff is extremely friendly and personable. A far cry from the other offices I have been in.

My 71 year old mother had a 6mm kidney stone, her first one ever, and Dr Ball was the doctor on-call. We tried explaining to him about my mother’s history of going under anesthesia, that she has aspirated before and has had numerous issues as a result of anesthesia and that she typically has a pulmonologist on-call when she has surgery. Dr. Ball was incredibly smug and condescending. She had a Lithotripsy, which was a failure. He didn’t even come see her post-surgery to check her out.

Excellent Dr. and staff. Had surgery last week with good results. Follow up care is great. Very accessible when needed .They answer the phone and get me right in. THANKS GUYS!

I first met Dr. Ball in the hospital setting and then three weeks later in his office. He explaind everything and advised me as to what needed to be done next.I would most definitely recommend him to any of my family members and friends. His office staff is as nice as he is, they,plus Dr. Ball , all have a good sense of humor ,which for me is a very important factor in any professional office.

He is a great communicator and excellent doctor. The atmosphere was comfortable.

With my PSA increasing, my family doctor referred me to Dr. Ball. Dr. Ball suggested we do a prostate biopsy which I agreed was the best thing to do. The procedure was quick and Dr. Ball talked me thru the entire process. Dr. Ball does have you come into his office about a week later to discuss results and options. Fortunately, I did not have any evidence of cancer. The Dr. is direct in his conversation and that is fine with me. I was very happy with this experience.
