Front desk don't seem to want to schedule new patients. I have been trying for over a month , and keep getting the run around.

Excellent! I needed to be seen quickly for a hearing issue and his staff fit me in the next day. Dr. Abram cleaned out a ton of wax and that’s all I needed. I guess not really an emergency but it seemed like one to me.

My 84 year old mother saw him for a hearing issue. He did a procedure on her nose which left her bleeding. He left the room without saying anything to her. Did not give her a tissue, NOTHING. She had to search the room for a tissue to capture the blood. After an hour, she then had to search for a nurse for a new mask because her mask was dirty from bleeding. The nurse gave her a new mask, BUT DID NOT CHECK ON MY MOTHER and her bleeding nose. When Dr. Abram returned, he repeated the very painful procedure and left her again in the same manner as before. My mom waited another 45 minutes before she had to leave the room and verify that she wasn't forgotten and Dr. Abram did not leave the building. This negligence is shameful. An 84 year old woman who had a stroke less than a month ago was left BLEEDING, unchecked in a room for a total of 2 HOURS!! She left Dr. Abram's office feeling as if Dr. Abram and his staff didn't care for her because of her age and that her health and we

I had a bad experience, based on previous comments it seems is a common issue Today was my second time I had an appointment, this time I went because I was not improving at all Both times I had to wait ONE HOUR, seriously one hour, after that I did not get the help I need When I asked why is too much waiting time, they told me because it is an specialist, so before writing this comment I went and check with friend and recomendations to give the benefit of the doubt. 1) In my second visit I mentioned I felt extremely tired during the week I started Mometasone Furorate,I still dont know if it because of drops or not, but I have not changed anything else other than this After a week of Mometasone Furorate I have not improved even a little bit so I stop It seems he didnt like it and I could not even explain myself about symptoms I had, conclusion is: I should continue with drops and there is nothing else to give I dont know what the real issue is but I think they should plan better. He point blank showed he did not care about me or the issues i am dealing with. He was rude and listened to absolutely nothing i had to say about the problem .I do not understand what so ever how he can stay in his field treating ppl the way he treated me. I am currently waiting for his office to review sonogram results .And i truly am scared that he is to incompetent to properly review them and give correct answers to me ..So know matter what answers he gives me i will follow up else where for the correct answers and better service with another doctor elsewhere .Obviously I did not expect him to know what was going on with me right then and there but the way i was treated and talked to was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional and unpleasant ..when u pay that kind of money to any type of doctor you should never be treated in the fashion he treated me. Staff is great

They need more handicapped parking spaces. It's a mad house. As for Dr. Abrams, he's a good dr. Pleased with how he treats me. So glad my family dr recommended him.

Professional and quick service.

I was taken in to my appointment in a timely manner and treated with the courtesy I would expect at a professional establishment. No gimmicks, just honest assessment.

Excellent experience with Dr ABRAM, I have a chronic sinus disease and I follow up with Dr ABRAM for 15 years now! Dr ABRAM did 3 sinus surgeries for me all went very well.. and his staff Very good care and up to date. Staff is equally good. Recommend him without hesitation .

He's an incredibly good doctor. Very honest and compassionate. Would highly recommend.

Awful! Dr. Abram was incredibly rude and stated that he could not help me. Would not recommend ever!

I found Dr. Abram to be very engaging and willing to treat a relatively minor condition in a timely manner. He took the time to obtain an overview of my overall ENT health and encouraged me to return if other issues arose. He established an immediate confidence in his abilities, and should I ever require ENT treatment at any level, he would be my professional of choice.

Very bad experience. I had an appointment for 10:15 AM and I was not taken in the doctor's room till 11:00 AM. I kept on waiting till 11:30 AM and the doctor did not show up. I checked with the reception and asked that if a patient is late to the appointment will the doctor entertain without asking to reschedule and charging a no show fee. At this one of the doctor asked the receptionist to let me go somewhere else. Anyway as my first experience was so bad, I did not want to have to go through similar situation in follow up visits and so decided to take my business somewhere else. Great ENT

They took time with you. Answered any questions I had. Explained everything complerely.

I am approx. 5 mos post op (Rhinoplasty/turbinate reduction) and couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Abram, his staff & results of surgery. Dr. Abram was highly recommended to me by another medical professional. He is a doc to docs & their families and many more. I believe that says a lot. I will continue to recommend Dr. Abam to any & all friends/loved ones in need of ENT care. Very thankful!

One of the ads on line said a person could get an appointment today or the next day. When I called could not get an appointment for 2 weeks.

I was soooo glad I went to Dr. Abrams. Despite the causes of my dizziness still being a mystery, he was so patient and thorough and answered all my many questions without making me feel rushed or like "a number". I highly recommend him!

I have lived 25 years of my life with constant sinus issues. I would wake up stuffed up and have constant pressure in my head throughout the day. I would usually get a sinus infection every other month sometimes more often than that. Dr. Abram performed surgery to open up my sinuses and fix my deviated septum and I feel like a completely different person. I am so grateful for the work Dr. Abram and I would recommend him to anyone with constant sinus issues.

He is really pushing his sinus surgery. Not so sure about this.

Dr. Abrams was very easy to talk to and discussed at length the options best fit for me. He made it a point to ensure non-surgical options were attempted prior to suggesting surgery. I am very thankful I had the baloon procedure. It has been a significant improvement for me.

I have seen Dr. Abram for life long sinus problem and my wife has seen him for hearing loss. He really helped both of us and Dr. Bell who tested my hearing and helped with the hearing aid also did a great job.

Asked Dr. Abram about the ringing in my ear and his answer was I was just going to have to deal with it. I was billed for a procedure that wasn't performed. We also had a chart mix up @ the office. He did apologize.

Dr. Abram got to the bottom of my sinus problems in 1 visit! I had taken allergy shots for years, from two different doctors..only to find out, I'm not allergic to anything. My sinuses were the problem. After a thorough exam and testing, he explained my sinus problem in words I could understand and recommended a procedure that was done in his office. For the first time in over 15 years, I had no colds or sinus infections over the Winter. Awesome doctor and I highly recommend him.
