Dr. Winder is very nice and pleasant. She went over everything with me concerning my visit and follow-up care.

She provides facts which personally I liked,, no sugar coating. Listens to you and also to family and friends.

Dr. Winder was very thorough and had great bedside manner. She took her time answering my questions and explaining medical terms. She was kind and understanding.

Dr Winder has excellent bed side manner. She was patient and answered all my questions for my pending surgery. She also came to visit me in the hospital as I recovered. I like her disposition. She is also very knowledgeable and thorough.

I recently had major surgery (exploratory laparotomy hysterectomy) done by Dr Winder at Loyola. My whole experience was great overall! The staff was able to get me in for my consultation within a few days. Dr Winder was very personable and answered all of my questions. My surgery went smoothly with no complications. I had to stay 5 days in hospital just due to the type of procedure. The staff was great and Dr Winder and her residents rounded on me every day. Recovering at home I had questions about my incision and was able to send pictures on patient portal and received quick response. Follow up appointment went smooth, and at 3 weeks post op, my incision is looking good and pain is minimal. I highly recommend Dr Abigail Winder!
