Appointment went great… a MONTH ago. I’ve called every week for an update on how my insurance went through and how much I owed to get my glasses. Kept getting promised a call back and still NOTHING. Frustrating.

Place is a joke... Unorganized, mis-information given, some of the staff was unfriendly.

Absolutely horrible! I have been waiting for a month for a "trial" pair of lenses. I've called everyday and in a month had two return phone calls after calling daily for the first three weeks!!! Not even exaggerating or stretching the truth in the slightest!!!! They wouldn't answer my number so I had my mother call. They was quick to answer to her number. They not only answered, but freely gave my information out!!! They never asked who she was and she never stated that she was my mother. So they were just giving out my information to whoever called!! But wouldn't return my calls or answer when I called!! I've never seen anything like this before!!! I have taken action; and reported them due to them violating my patient rights! The Dr. was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. His nurses were really great. I would highly recommend him for cataract surgery.

I personally love Dr Nizam. Last summer about April I believe, I ordered contacts so I would be able to pick out my new glasses. I wore contacts in my 20's and did not know the new ones were only a trial pair. It was horrible having them all over my eyes like that. The second pair landed me in the er with swollen and scratched eyes. I told them I would like my money back after the 3rd pair was not in as I was called and told they were. So I had to pick out my new glasses without the aid of the new contacts I had tried. I have chronic dry eyes and was told the contacts would actually help this condition. As my eyes are constantly getting new floaters I was told I could not get my money back. I left a forwarding address and phone number but time passed and still I didn't ever receive my contacts. I didn't really want them but since I couldn't get my money back I waited in vain for them. I called again so many times asking for my money back. I was told Dr Nizam would call me. He never has!. I only want my money returned for service I didn't get or the contacts I've already paid for to come. Surely they are not so hard up for money as this. Very rude and no services rendered for the money I paid. Nothing. ???? Dr. Nizam could you please help me with this? No one is explaining this to you and it's very hard when I am left with nothing. Dr. Nisam and his entire staff were wonderful throughout my entire procedure. They were professional and caring and my surgery was a success.
