I went into this office a couple of weeks ago to get an ultrasound completed. However, after completing the exam, I never heard anything back from anyone in the office concerning my test results. Upon receiving a letter today from this office stating I was schedule for ANOTHER exam on June 6, 2022, I immediately called to inquire and gain some clarity on the matter. The lady that I spoke to on the phone had a completely NASTY attitude, did not even bother to listen to what I was trying to explain to her concerning my dilemma before RUDELY interrupting me as though I was not talking at all! She had absolutely no care or concern about hearing what I had to say. I don't know whether she was having a bad day or WHAT but her phone manners were TRASH! Once I gave her the information to access my records, she put me on hold for a nurse in which I held on about 10 MINUTES before someone else picked up and I had to explain all over again! I then requested that a complaint concerning this ladies' BAD ATTITUDE be given to the manager but the representative put me back on hold for the manager in which I held AGAIN for a lengthy period until someone picked up and put me back on hold! Horrible experience! I pray to God that the lady I spoke with never gets sick and has to deal with anyone with an attitude such as HERS! If she didn't want to be at work OR didn't want to be bothered with listening to people, she should not have been there! Unprofessional! This is no reflection on Dr. Bahro himself. He was GREAT when I saw him. So was the receptionist in the back and the lady that did my ultrasound. But the one up front, not so much! Nice atmosphere and hospitality to go along with this Doctors office, and they try to get you in and out with actually listening to the patient, two thumbs up and 5 stars ????.

The staff was a little over stepping patients for interrupted conversation but overall great service thanks for giving me wonderful news ????

A Powerful Doctor's Office of Professional, Courteous and Attentive Staff. Dr. Bahro , did more for me , than three prior doctors about the same complaint. His personal attention given with a listening ear, instead of cutting Me off before finishing and then his follow up questions, reminded Me of Yesteryear Doctor's Of My Childhood that took Time With Patients. Dr. Bahro has a great bedside manner and personality. He really cares about his patients. He's been me and my father's doctor for years. He's very thorough. I wouldn't trade him for the world.

For a busy clinic I got in and out quickly. Dr. Bahro and staff are kind. I will return to them again.

I received the best care at his clinic. He tell you everything that's happening in your situation and advice you of the best treatments u can take. He is caring and knowledgeable. He is on the best, i thank him for all he has done and continues to do for me.

Very personable, listens to your concerns, involves you in ur care.

He saved my life. The Cardiac Cath lab was Star Trek Enterprise level efficient. Teams around the cooperated like a ballet to cover every change Dr. Bahro required. I watched as he threaded the catheter wire into my heart. Even the time spent at the end by the tech who massaged my arm was gentle, patient, and thorough. My surgery was scheduled that night. I’m now in a rehab fact, and am ready to start my gifted new life thanks to Dr. Bahro and his team.

Dr. Bahro was kind and friendly. When he acknowledged God I knew we were in the presence of a God fearing physician.

He has treated me 3 times already for clots in my left leg! He is always so polite and there to answer any questions. He goes in and out quick, so once you catch him, you better ask everything then!! Lol I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. He is an AMAZING DOCTOR!!

The wait time is horrible. No one comes to even check to see if u r being waited on. Doctor wasn't even available at time of appointment. Nurse staff sat around and laughed while patients waited in rooms. Looking for a different doctor. Do not recommend at all!

THIS WAS THE BEST PHYSICIAN I HAVE EVER SEEN. HE SMART, HAS GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER. ANYONE WHO IS HAVING HEART PROBLEMS SHOULD SEE DR BAHRO.
