One breast was much larger than the other after breast reduction surgery. He would correct it at a price. He kept telling me it was swelling and would go down. It never did. After my surgery, he told my husband to watch out for my nipples turning black. He took all my stitches out and told me to leave it that way for a week, open wound for a week. That really hurt, a very sensitive area. He "fixed" it in his office a week later. He numbed one side with novacaine. He started with the side he had just numbed and not the other which was numbed first. I felt every single stitch and it was the most painful experience, sewing my nipples back on without anesthesia. My tummy tuck was done so rottenly and now I can't keep a pair of jeans on without them slipping down. He is only concerned about money and never the patient. I am still suffering with what he did to me. Stay away from this guy. He makes it sound that he really cares but doesn't after his botched surgeries with me.

Dr. Malek has performed multiple procedures on me over several years and he has always payed great attention to small details and took his time explaining the procedures that were recommended. He has helped me love my body again and i cant thank him enough! His entire staff made me feel comfortable and made the process as easy and simple as possible!

He performed tummy tuck, boob lift and arm thinning

2 years ago I had the PrecisionTx on my armpits, which is a one time Procedure to reduce the sweat glands. I've had problems with my armpits sweating since puberty. It's gotten so bad to where I would sweat through hoodies & even my winter jackets. I was immediately happy with the results. I haven't had problems with underarm sweating since. Thanks to Dr. Malek and his staff the procedure was pretty much painless! I would recommend this procedure a million times. I have also had multiple friends get work done by Dr. Malek, including injectables, rhinoplasty's and breast augmentations and they all look amazing and are happy with their results. I would recommend Dr. Malek and his staff for ANYONE interested in cosmetic procedures or surgery.

9 years later, my nipple looks like a shark bit off and a blind guy sewed it back on. I was promised that after my gynecomastia was removed, my breast would be identical. Here I am, still suffering from that surgery. I wish I could upload a photo. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The Rhinoplasty surgery u did left me with a knot between my nostrils , discoloration on the nose and unsightly veins. As for the deviated septum surgery it did nothing for my snoring. I am using a C-PAC machine which I should have done first rather than wasting $5,000 and having to go to the Emergency room two times for uncontrollable bleeding. I missed many days of work besides spending 3 days in the hospital for this JOKE of a surgeon. Trust me my opinion is out there regarding being taken for a ride on surgery that did nothing for my appearance or medical issues. I just hope people think long and hard before having this type of surgery done......….I WISH I HAD.

I was disfigured by this doctor. He denied it but offered to re-do it for a lot more money at his own surgicenter. He told me, "He loved me as much as his own family" which made me uncomfortable. During my breast reduction, one was made much larger than the other; my nipples were sewn on too tight and turned black. He did two procedures in his office and injection of anesthetic did not take. I felt each stitch, as he took stitches out and sewed my nipples back on a week later. He should retire

Love Dr. Malek and staff! I am thrilled with my results. I had liposuction ,a BBL and fat transfer to one breast. From the moment I first arrived for my consultation I felt comfortable. My consultation was very informative and from that moment I knew I had the most competent,skilled,caring surgeon for the procedure I chose. He is a perfectionist in his field. He delivers what is promised. He sets realistic expectations and tells it to you straight. I like that. He treats you like family!

Ended up with more issues than improvements after expensive, painful procedure and longer than expected recovery. He fixed one thing but caused 3 other new issues. Significant facial scarring (beyond 6 months) unacceptable. My self-esteem is lower after having work done by Dr. Malek. Hard lesson learned about vanity. I didn’t feel well listened to after initial consult was completed. He is full of compliments and explanations, but seems distracted. Results disappointing.

Dr. Malek is the worst plastic surgeon on the surface of the earth. He is not only incompetent, but very wicked. I paid him $11,440 for a tummy tuck and liposuction. The outcome is horrible to say the least. My abdomen is still hanging the same way prior to surgery. When I complained, he said to me "if you want a perfect body, you will leave it behind." I still have a big hole in my belly button and he asked for $3,500 to get that fixed.

I have had problems with tear production since Dr. Malek operated on my eyes. I have to use ointment in my eyes every night in order to be able to sleep without pain. My advice to anyone is to stay away from this doctor, esp. for anything involving the eyes. I am very depressed about what was done to me.

Removed two small cysts on face. The resulting scar tissue + returned cyst is tem time worse than before the surgery. I was forced to go to another plastic surgeon to correct his mess. I would not recommend him to anyone; especially if it has to do with the face.

Amazing work. I am 30 and had belotero and botox. Until I was 29, I always looked youthful. Work and studying caught up to me and my eyes suddenly looked older all within a year. Now, thanks to Dr. Malek I am back to looking like I am in my early to mid twenties again. Wonderful job. Thank you!
