I just got to turn 65 almost 2 weeks ago and my kids, grandkids, great-grandkids still have me here because of Dr. Trachte! I am Forever Grateful and Thankful that Dr Trachte was the one who performed my Open Heart Surgery! I was Literally next to Death, without surgery that morning, I would not have seen that night. I never knew a Six-way bypass existed till my surgery, only knew of a 5way and less, my heart was BAD. I would most certainly Not be here writing this long overdue review, if it hadn't been for him! I cannot recommend him enough! His bedside manner is Awesome and Refreshing in these modern days. He answered all my questions prior to surgery and after and showed great caring through the entire experience. My follow-up office visits were always great, my questions were always answered. His staff were Awesome as well. If I ever need surgery again I only want him to do it! I know, if he can't 'fix' the problem, no one can. I have 1000% Trust and Faith in him! GOD Bless Him!!

Dr Trachte put titanium plates on 3 broken ribs. He worked me in for surgery the day after my office visit and was very accommodating and concerned about my recovery. Great office staff as well.

Horrible experience with my father. We are now dealing with post surgery infections due to not taking care of the original issue. Very unprofessional in that he wouldn’t communicate with the primary care giver. He wouldn’t return calls and told his nurses that I should just speak to another family member. The hospital nurses seemed appalled by his behavior. I’ll certainly be sharing my experiences with the AMA and Comanche County Memorial Hospital. Horrible experience with my father. Dr.Trachte is very nice and personable. He explained my procedure and asked me if I had any questions. After my procedure he personally followed up with my sister. To put this experience over the top I received a thank you card from the staff that assisted Dr.Trache. It was a day at the spa ????

Both of my parents have had lung surgeries and Dr. Trachte has done a terrific job on both of them. He explains things in a simple way that is understandable. Very friendly and personable.

Dr Trachte is by far the most awesome surgeon. And that's all that needs to be said. I'm going home today after having lung cancer and having a lobe removed from my right lung. He has taken every precaution and made sure i was ready to go home. Dr. Trachte operated on my mother and was awesome. He took great care and fixed what another dr in another state ruined. He was very courteous, professional and thorough . Probably the Best Heart Surgeon in the State. Saved my life. Apparently I was a walking dead man, when my family Dr. directed me to Dr. Trachte, who scheduled me for open heart surgery immediately. Man is a god send.

In my opinion Dr. Trachte is horrible and I would not use his services if he was the only doctor in town. Before you see this doctor do your research on him because my experience with him was a nightmare. In the end we had to threaten him with legal action to get proper resolution and he was "in the wrong" all along. It actually took his own attorney to finally straighten him out. WOW, what an asset this guy is. In my opinion Dr. Trachte is horrible and I would not use his services if he was the only doctor in town. He did my triple bypass surgery last year and it was an awesome experience. I am doing great, healed fast, and he was very personable. I had no problems whatsoever.
