1 star. 60$ out of pocket. Plus insurance. = no better! Receptionist was unfriendly. But service staff was friendly and competent. Take your $ somewhere else.

I have diabetic neuropathy and have been using this podiatrist office. This place is horrible and I feel as if I have not received good professional treatment there simply because of a previous bad review. When your level of treatment is affected because of someones feelings being hurt, it would certainly cause you to look elsewhere for that treatment. Dr Solomon and his staff are amazing!! They are always so nice and accommodating for me and my Husband.. Dr Solomon helped save my husbands life and I am very grateful to him for all he has done to help us. Thank you for going above and beyond as a Doctor and as a Human Being!!! God Bless you!

Friendly environment and clean

DR. SOLOMON IS GREAT AND CARING I WOULDN'T DARE THINK OF GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. HE IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!

My brother and I make appointments for my mother to have her feet taken care of. Last few times making appointments has been bad. Appontments were made over the phone, but when you call to confirm or show up they have no record. If this was my business, I would do something to correct. Will not be going back.

One issue I have is the wait time in the treatment room. After waiting the doctor seemed rushed. I’m diabetic and need a thorough foot exam often and I haven’t gotten that yet here. Plus there seems to be an issue with my diabetic shoes. I’ve called repeatedly asking for the status of the order and I continually get a different story each time. The staff is nice and do their best to help but I'm not impressed at all with Dr. Soloman. He treated my foot, put a moleskin on and said "don't get it wet for 2 days, and come back in 2 weeks". That was the only info he gave me. He never told me what the process was, how to handle any pain, what to expect, etc. I specifically told him I'm on my feet for 10 hrs per day so you would have thought he'd tell me what to expect. Because he didn't, I just thought the current pain wouldn't change. Well I was in for a rude awakening, in terrible pain, had to leave work early and had to go through a hassle calling the office multiple times to get the info I should have received in the first place. Very frustrating. Dr. Soloman was too busy/distracted yacking it up with his workers about social stuff to focus on me, the patient. I have a voice and tenacity to seek help elsewhere but I feel bad for an elderly person or another helpless person who doesn't know how or have the resources to get help elsewhere. Did a great job on my toes and foot. Thanks so much Dr. Solomon.

I went to see Dr Solomon for a hole in the top of my toenail. He literally cut my toenail back which fell in the floor! Apparently when you sign paperwork, you are signing for anything! The toenail was sent off for testing and now I have a bill for over $3000. The pathology group is out of network so having to pay over $600 for him to literally cut my toenail! I will never refer anyone to this office. They were of no help on assisting me with this bill!

Dr. Solomon was very patient with my son during our visit. He explained healing times and the procedure in detail. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

He treated my foot, slapped a bandaid and told me to come back in 2 weeks. I was in SEVERE pain at work the next day. He gave me no guidance at all on what to expect or what to do to alleviate the pain. I even specifically told him I work for 10 hrs on my feet every day, giving him an opportunity to tell me what to do if pain came but he was too busy chatting with his staff about social events. He may be a good dr if he's paying attention but I didn't experience him giving a hoot about me or my foot issue. Do not recommend at all. Found a great different dr within Village Podiatry after my bad experience with Dr. Solomon.

The staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Solomon assessed my problem and immediately went about correcting the situation and sending me for some follow up testing. I was impressed. Except there was an air freshener going that was playing havoc with my daughter's migraines and she had to wait in the car. Otherwise...wonderful.

Extremely profession caring doctor who not only knowledgable but also makes sure his staff is of the highest quality.

Waste of time and money strongly recommend anyone other than dr Solomon cant get anyone on the phone ever cant get prescriptions filled they make you go back in to get another prescription that they never called in just to charge you another office visit

My teenage daughter had surgery on her feet over the summer and the staff along with Dr. Solomon were so attentive and professional. I highly recommend them!

It is always great, Everyone is friendly and kind

I was very impressed with Dr. Solomon. He didn't play around, he just got to business and took care of an issue on my foot. I am however, extremely displeased with moving an appointment around several times. Follow up was in 2 weeks and the appt got moved due to an injury by the doctor which is completely understandable. I had made plans for the day around work and had to change. The appt was moved to another Friday. I again made plans for work and to work around my job. Once again the appointment was moved. However, I missed the call. It was implied there were several other times in the voice mail. I called back and the Fort O office didn't answer the phone so it went to a main office. They did not listen to my preference (I wanted the same day) and gave me a different day. I explained again I needed same day and she put me thru to Fort O. Again no one answered. She advised she left a message with them. I never received a call back. I called today. I had to change the day and time AGAIN b/c they had nothing available but one appt on Friday. Its really frustrating to deal with an issue for months and think that when I got its being taken care of and I get put off one too many times. I understand things happen, its just very frustrating, b/c just like at your office, I have things that I have to work around as well. My time was not important to them. I'm sure it was a fluke that I kept getting moved, but its never happened to me before that many times. I want this issue taken care of! I appreciate Dr Solomon taking care of me. I understand there is an issue but it doesn't help the fact that it has been a headache and major inconvenience for me. Not being able to walk on your foot correctly causes a lot of other issues. Always friendly, helpful and A good place to go if you have foot trouble

I Love going to Dr. Solomon. His staff is very nice and respectful. He listens to me when I have a concern and makes sure I get the help that I need. I recommend everyone to come to Village Podiatry in Ft. Oglethorpe with all their foot needs.

I would highly recommend Doctor Solomon and his staff. They are knowledgeable and treats each patient with respect. I have been very happy with Doctor Solomon. He knows his stuff. When I had an infection in one of my toes and had to have it removed he eased my mind and there was no pain from the amputation. He is now treating me for another infection, but it looks like this one will be saved. Thank you.
