Dr. Lear is quite possibly the friendliest Doctor I've ever been too. He listens, takes time to ask questions and helps with finding a result to the problem. Looks you in the eye when he's speaking to you, which is important to me he's not just looking at his laptop the entire visit. He's a great doctor with a wonderful bedside presence. Highly recommend! I had a 10:00/10:15 am appointment, never saw his face until 11:06 a.m.. My time is just as important as yours Dr. Lear, DON'T MAKE ME WAIT, I don't make my clients wait.. EVER!!!! Or perhaps have one of the staff come into the room and let me know you are running 45 minutes behind ( minimum), or give me my copay back. I would have given you no stars, but it wasn't an option... You can apologize all you want, still doesn't make it right...........Learn from it

I presented to him with a pinched nerve originating in my neck that causes numbness into my fingers. Ongoing for 4 years now. He did NOTHING! Took the time to even say well it's not like you're a major league pitcher so we are going to send you to physical therapy. That's usually a last resort when you can't resolve the issue. This was the first and last time I will ever see this guy for sure. He needs to retire if he isn't going to treat your patients. Dr. Lear is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient. So glad he was recommended .

Dr. Lear helped me during a very difficult time and helped me achieve short term relief and a long term plan to help with my issue. I would recommend his practice and expertise to anyone that I meet. I would give more stars if I could.

EXCELLENT Doctor. Listened to me, did thorough diagnosis and has superior experience. He had me bad on my feet exercising, walking and living pain free. He knows his business. I highly recommend Dr. Lear. He is indeed a Blessing from God.

Dr. Lear is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and reliable. I would definitely recommend many times over!

Chronic neck pain down to the shoulder. I've seen Dr. Lear 5 times and he's been great. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and you're in good hands. I have severe bone deterioration in the neck. Surgery is out because of too long of a recuperation time ( 1 - 2 years ), so my pain and discomfort will be ongoing. Recommended! Friendly Staff also.

Shoulder pain became severe after several days; there was no trauma; unable to sleep the last 48hrs due to pain. Dr. Lear diagnosed it as arthritis, prescribed medication to treat it and within 6hrs of beginning the medication the pain was reduced and I was able to sleep. After 24hrs the severe pain was completely gone, just a little soreness that went away after three days. Excellent Doctor!
