What's with the phone lines? It just does the greeting then press option 3 for an appointment, it says hold a moment then immediately says your call cannot go through.

I made my initial appointment in June, and they changed it due to scheduling conflicts of their own. Their ONE proposed date to change it to (after they’ve cancelled my appointment) is not until August after I have had this appointment for months. Ridiculous

The process was fairly simple. Very affordable. Doctors are very knowledgeable and go into detail with their patients. Glad to see my doctor in another 3 months. The issue is with what you encounter after seeing your doctor. Far too many employees under that roof to have any excuses about how inefficient the checkout process is. Spent more time at checkout than check-in and my visit combined. No one wants to go see a doctor. No one wants to miss out in income being away from work to see a doctor. When a clerk says your "good to go and your prescription was sent to your pharmacy" it needs to be done. 48 hours after my visit I left work early again to pick my prescription up. Was never called in.... the next day (now 72 hours later) left 2 voice mails about the matter, never got a call back. The day after (now Friday, the visit was Monday) THE PHARMACY calls to inform me my prescription was called in and will be ready in 30 minutes. Still no word from the office.. You haven't lived until you've had something frozen off your face. Life changing. These folks are kind, quick and efficient. The online scheduling worked great!

I have only had one visit to date. I immediately knew that Dr Katz knew what he was doing and looked beyond the obvious. That is why I went to him and also why I changed Dermatologists to him and his medical office. He asked very pertinent questions and went the extra step with me, answering all my questions. I was very impressed and I am a person who grew up with lots of Doctors, having contracted Polio at age 10 months. He will be a great medical partner for me.

I would never recommend this place! In order to make an extra buck, the doctor prescribed me a $100 tube of new medicine , that wasn't even covered by insurance, to treat and issue which on the box the instructions read specifically DO NOT USE IN THIS MANNER OR FOR THIS ISSUE. Basically she prescribed me an eczema medication for an issue that was anything BUT eczema. Unbelievable. I would never recommend this place! 2+ month wait times for 5-10 min visit built on the standardized Dr practice of dragging out a short treatment process into as many visits as possible (usually minimum 4. Initial prescribing something that most likely wont work, follow up, treatment, follow up repeat last 2 as often as possible and insert as many long term prescriptions as possible instead of correcting the issue). But here when you wait 2 months THEY screw up scheduling, call you 2 days before(youve had a scheduled appt for 2 months) and cant get you in for another 3 months. Dont waste your time. I was a former patient - could not even get a return call after being put on a 4-5 month waiting list, despite 2 of my current physicians strongly recommending I needed to be seen. Being busy does not always translate to being the best - especially when patient care is compromised.

This morning I tried to schedule an appointment to be seen, and the receptionist was so rude. This is not a wonderful way to establish new patients especially when their website say accepting new patients. I was not rude or disrespectful in any way. I tried to explain my situation and the receptionist didn't give me a chance to finish my concerns before she rudely cut me off. the wait times for appointments are always at least 3 months, the front desk is nice, but i felt very rushed by the doctor. I talked to my doctor for probably less than 3 minutes, she didn't want to see time-lapse pictures i had taken to help my diagnosis, it seemed like she had no interest and just wanted me in and out. 10/10 would NOT recommend. the wait times for appointments are always at least 3 months, the front desk is nice, but i felt very rushed by the doctor. Dr. Del Savio is amazing. I love her. The office staff is also very sweet and professional.

Dr. Katz is not only a highly skilled physician, but having been under his care now for 11 years, I can honestly say that his kindness, his genuine concern for me as his patient and his awesome personality truly makes him one of the most awesome human beings I have ever known. Dr. Delsavio is by far the best doctor i've ever seen. When I went to her I thought there was no hope for my psoriasis but she did everything possible for me to get better. Its been a long 5years but I'm finally getting results. I'm hard to treat but she never gave up & helped me to not lose hope for relief. Staff up front very friendly & my nurses are beyond wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. The appointments are booked very far out for new patients, but.. Friendy, helpful staff. Large waiting that is nicely decorated. Doctor my wife saw was very knowledgeable and was qick to take care of some minor skin issues. And to those that complain about co pays well that's one of life's little pains when you have insurance.

Had a great first visit with Dr. Katz. The front desk clerks are very friendly and they are extremely prompt with time sensitivity. I was well taken care of and I truly appreciate the level of friendliness and professionalism this office exemplifies. Dr. Katz is very down to earth and honest which speaks volumes as well. Thank you !

This doctor spent on average 5 minutes with me on 3 visits. Also, he has miss-diagnosed me twice.

Highly recommend Dr Katz and this dermatology office. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everyone there was wonderful and they run very efficiently. You're treated like a person and not just a number.
