Dr. Harju is a kind, caring person who puts his patients first. Very knowledgable and if he doesn't know the answer, he'll investigate until he finds out. I would recommend him to anyone.

As pleasant as going to the Doctor can possibly be! A highly skilled doctor, and a very nice man. I would highly recomend to anyone!

Dr. Harju and staff are always kind , polite, and caring at every appointment.

Dr. Harju has an outstanding bedside manner, never rushing, rather takes the time to explain test results. He has a very positive outlook.

Dr. Pedoto is excellent. Very friendly and informative. The facility and staff are top-notch as well. Highly recommended.

I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH DR. PEDOTO'S WAYS OF EXPLAINING THE EMG TEST PROCESS AS WELL AS MY RESULTS. HE HAS A GREAT DEMEANOR IN WHICH HE HANDLES HIS PATIENTS. I THANK HIM FOR HIS KINDNESS AND KNOWLEDGE.

He has always taken the necessary time & attention to genuinely care... for me personally & my family, including my elderly mother. His calm demeanor sets the stage for applying his professional insights & for a patient’s healing.

On my visit with Dr. Harju I told him I had been experiencing piercing pain at the back right side of my head. The pain started Thursday and proceeded to go up the right side of my head towards the front. On Sunday a rash started to break out and it followed the path of the pain. My appoint was on Tuesday and I was in considerable pain at this point. Dr. Harju looked it over and said it was a skin bacteria of some kind. I asked him from what and he said he didn't know. He ordered a prescription for an ointment. I wasn't able to pick up the script that day. I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep that night. I went into work and the pain continued along with the rash now going down the lower right side of my face. I called Dr. Harju's office at 11:58 am and told the nurse I was in chronic pain. She said that she would get with Dr. Harju and call me back. I left work and went to Kroger's to get the script hoping for some relieve. I asked to speak with the the Pharmacist to see what they thought of my condition. They looked at the rash and said you have shingles. I asked if the ointment prescribed would help with my condition. They advised me it would not and recommended I go straight to the ER. They said because it was on my face there was a risk of blindness if it reached my eye. I went to the ER, the doctor came in and introduced himself and said, "You have shingles." He then told me he had never seen a case this bad. He explained that if the the virus reached my eye I could loose sight in that eye. He explained that if it continued to spread and made it to my nose I needed to come back to the ER immediately. He continued to tell me that early treatment is key to not having life long pain from the virus. He also told me that applying an ointment would only strengthen the chance that I would develop posterpetic neuralgia (PHN) where I would continue to have pain the rest of my life even after the blisters were gone. He said this would be because rubbing the blisters would prolong them. I was not to pop or touch them, that the sooner they healed the less risk I would have of PHN. Over 2 hours has passed since I called Dr. Harju's office and explained to them that I was in severe and I still had not received a call back. I called them and was told they didn't have a chance to get back with me yet. I explained to them what I had just went through and was put on hold. The nurse came back and said, "So you don't need Dr. Harju to prescribe you anything for pain then?" I told her I did not and that I would never be coming back to his office. I told the nurse Dr. Harju could call me if he wanted to discuss the matter. They close in 30 minutes from me typing this and I have yet to receive that call. I have enjoyed Dr. Harju's bed side manner and talking with him. But at the end of the day if he missed something everyone else seemed to see right away and risked my eye sight and a lifetime of pain this review must be left. I've seen Dr. Harju several times. He takes his time and is willing to explain things in layman's terms. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Harju and believe that he and his staff are very capable.
