Very knowledgeable. Told me exactly what operation he did and what my prognosis is. Straight to the point.

Dr. Grand was very thorough, professional, and gave me direct answers to all my questions and concerns. He has a pleasant personality and manner. I never felt rushed. My surgery went well and the follow up smooth. I will definitely recommend him, and, if needed, I would go back to Dr. Grand.

Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional is my experience with everyone at the Hand and Shoulder Center. This includes all of the staff from the ladies at the front desk, to Brittany who took out my stiches to Dr Grand. He and the staff do not make you feel rushed, and they all take the time to answer your questions to your understanding.

Great experience! The staff that greeted me were very friendly and kind. The doctor was awesome. Knowledgeable, thorough, helped lift my anxiety about the injection in my wrist, was quick to diagnose me with tendonitis in my wrist and help me with my needs.

I had never been to Dr Grand but when I called for a visit , I was seen within 2 weeks. I find this incredible in this day ! He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue very quickly. I can highly recommend.

Dr. Grand is great doctor! He gives you his undivided attention, really cares about your situation, answers all your questions, and he is very calming. For me, he didn’t push any invasive procedures and tried other options for my condition which has been very helpful. I came to him for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did!

He was very professional and completely eased my mind of my prognosis.

If you're looking for a Dr who is excellent at his profession, Dr Grand is your choice. He will also talk to you on your own level and make sure you understand what you need to know.

I could not even feel cortisol shot. He explained to me all about my problem that I could understand.

Great communication and supportive

Fast and informative about my carpel tunnel-quickly scheduled.

A very caring and compassionate physican. He asks the right questions and wants your input re care prescribed. He cares enough to admit when he feels you need another surgeon with more experience in caring with your health issues.

Him and his staff are always ahead of time which is absolute wild, but appreciated. His surgery scheduler is beyond wonderful and helped me out of a scheduling bind with my insurance. He was kind and personable throughout the entire process of injections to surgery. I work with my hands and at all steps did I feel like my future and success was well cared for under his watch. He has provided excellent support in my healing and any future needs. I was worried because I needed to bite the bullet and do the procedure quickly before my move. Excellent. Dr Grand is the first doctor who really listened to me, and didn't make light of my symptoms or dismiss me quickly with an "I don't know". He'll work with you to get to the bottom of your issues even if it's difficult to pin down what's going on. He also operated on my wrist to fix carpal tunnel and it all went smoothly. Anyone would be in good hands (no pun intended) with this doctor.

Dr Grand has treated me for multiple trigger fingers and carpal tunnel. He is an expert surgeon with a great staff . I give him my highest recommendation.

Dr grand has fixed a Bennet fracture in my thumb, repaired a ligament in that same thumb, and most recently, he repaired ligaments in my wrist. A little over a year later, my wrist feels totally back to 100% and I couldn't be happier with his work. I play hockey and also climb/ remove trees, so these surgeries being done correctly was was very important to me. Highly recomend !
