Aaron Jeffrey Carter

Dr. Carter violated the physician conduct by abandonment and negligence to provide care for my husband! This was not the first time he has mistreated my husband and called him a liar without even examining him. We were seen at Reedley ER and Carter was his ER physician. He denied my husband any kind of care and refused to examine him, told him his conditions were nothing and to go home. Mind you Carter did not provide ANY medical screening which every patient is entitled to to determine whether he did have a medical emergency or condition. The entire staff seen the mistreatment! Carter violated this laws within the Boards Jurisdiction and I will be filing a complaint with the Medical Board of California! His lack of ethics and medical negligence will be noted for all to see!
