My first visit today. Dr. Boals is a very nice doctor. He took his time with me and went over all my medical conditions.And explain things I did not understand. The whole staff was very nice and attentive. I am so glad I chose him as my new family doctor.

I am a 48 year old African American man who has had Dr Boals as my primary doctor for several years now. I want to say thank you because he supported my wife in getting the care I needed that essentially saved my life. I had been having pain in my sternum for several weeks and my wife made an appointment for me to see Dr Boals. Dr Boals made sure I got my imaging done and saw something that didnt look right around my kidney. My insurance didn’t want to cover further imaging so Dr Boals pushed things through for me to see Dr Manning at Alliance Urology. Dr Boals checked in, followed up, and made sure my wife and I were ok. To make a long story short that thing around my kidney that didn’t look right was cancer and because Dr Boals had put me in play with sure a great urologist in Dr Manning, they were able to take it out this past Wednesday without having to take my whole right Kidney. Thank you Dr Boals and the entire staff at Kernersville Primary Care. They care over there from the time you walk in to the time you leave. I like the staff and atmosphere. I had a bad experience with one of the doctors in this practice and was transferred to Dr. Boals. I could not ask for a better physician. He takes as much time as necessary to evaluate any medical issues I have – I never feel rushed. He makes me feel that I am a very important patient. Not only is he through, he is an excellent diagnostician. He has efficiently determined multiple non serious but nagging issues I have had and treated them effectively – generally not with drugs but life behavior changes on my part. His referrals are great. I have always been pleased with those to whom I have been referred. His medical knowledge is extensive and broad and he is very responsive to my questions via “mychart” emails. Very nice experience

Excellent physician. Knowledgable and caring.

Dr Boals is a great physician. Very knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain and answer any questions you might have.

Been working w/s Dr Boals since ~2015. He's friendly, attentive, thorough and takes time to further explain and plan care together, as needed. Consistently good experience.

Dr. Boals is always compassionate and takes time to listen to his patient. He reviews information in a way that is easy to understand and explains why he recommending a treatment. I would recommend him highly.
