Dr Aaron Baltz and his staff were very professional. They always asked if I had any questions every step of the way. I felt well cared for and appreciated the call the next day to check on me. My appt was in the afternoon and they were running late so the only part that I didn’t love was having the IV in my arm for so long before the procedure since this this was the first time I’ve been put under. The women who did my IV was very kind and came back and offered me another warm blanket which was very much appreciated.

Dr. Baltz and his team (the nurses and anesthesiologist) were great! I was very nervous about my first colonoscopy…particularly potentially being ill from the anesthesia. They assured me I’d feel fine afterwards and I did! Everyone was attentive, professional, and efficient. Would highly recommend. Even the prep wasn’t as bad as I’ve heard some can be. Double thumbs up!

Dr. Baltz is very caring and takes the time to address concerns and answer questions. He is the best GI physician I have ever seen!!

Any medical procedure is anxiety producing but Dr. Baltz professionalism and care has put my mind at ease. Together with his team made my visit a very pleasant experience.

Dr. Baltz truly cares about his patients. And he wants to get to the root of your problem. The fact that he didn't just put me on medication, and scheduled tests first is fantastic. I woukd recommend him to anyone with gi issues.

I was impressed and pleased by the professionalism of the receptionist who registered me for my forthcoming visit with Dr Baltk. The office visit wi Dr Baltz himself was warm and friendly. It was obvious to me that he had reviewed my past visits wi Dr Stone and he described the options and possibilities of the diagnostic process needed to proceed. He was empathic and understanding --I would readily recommend him to friends who might need a similar assessment.

First time colonoscopy. Dr Baltz and his staff made me very comfortable and explained everything that was happening. Was very stress free environment. Not exactly looking forward to prepping for another one in a few years, but when I do I'll be returning to Dr Baltz.

I had a Colonoscopy and EDG done in December of 2022 by Dr. Aaron Baltz. He and his staff are wonderful. They did an awesome job. The pre operative procedure is very thorough and they explained everything and answered all of my questions. I felt very at ease the entire time. I was having some problems with feeling full so needed a scope for my stomach which determined that I had a hernia between my stomach and esophagus so I'm glad I did the procedure. I have insurance through the marketplace called Chorus which used to be Children's Community Health Care. I have about an $8,000 deductible and was expecting to have to pay for the whole procedure out of pocket because it's not my first colonoscopy. However, insurance covered most of it. I would definitely recommend Dr. Baltz and his staff.

At least 4 stars. I know it is hard to obtain many reviews for a Dr. who normally knocks you unconscious first, but I rather prefer being awake, so I can actually say I enjoyed his skill and professionalism. IF the prep wasn't such a bother, [big surprise], I'd see him more often.

I had a colonoscopy performed and I was pleased with how smoothly everything went. The staff was attentive and informative and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. They thoroughly explained everything to me and welcomed questions and concerns. I will return here when I need to schedule my next one.

Excellent care, everyone did a very good job at making me comfortable on a challenging day.

I must say the doctor and his staff were all very professional and extremely friendly and respectful. Everyone made a point of asking me how I was doing and if I had any questions after they were done talking to me.

Dr. A. Balz is a very professional, competent, articulate and caring G.I. doctor. Furthermore, I had an excellent experience with him and his nursing staff. The colonoscopy went on without a hitch. My visit with Dr.Baltz was simply one of the best meetings I ever had!! The receptionist was nice and helpful. The nurse who took me back was very sweet and very professional as well as informative. Dr.Baltz is just a lovely person!! Period! Just unbelievably wonderful. Great disposition and manner. He is a wealth of knowledge and forthcoming with any and all information pertaining to your visit as well as outside questions within his range of knowledge, which is fairly good. Over all smooth visit from beginning to end to aftercare. I will continue to work with this Dr and office. In a time and space where everyone finds it necessary to be unnecessarily mean, this place is an Oasis/Haven from the harshness of everyday life!!! Dr. Baltz is an excellent listener and responsive physician. In addition, GI Associates medical team provided exemplary communication, compassion, and concern from two weeks before the procedure to two days after. Outstanding!

I am a physician and I see Dr. Baltz for my digestive health. He is thorough in the office and with his communication and follow up. He explains things well. He is a talented endoscopist who I trust 100% to care for me. I refer family and friends to Dr. Baltz and GI Associates for consults and procedures. As an independent GI practice their primary focus is on the patient.

I recently had a combined Colonoscopy and EGD that ended with a sever bleed and expensive hospital stay. The slow response from GI Associates & my doctor was unacceptable. Approx 12hrs after entering the hospital a GI doc (not my doc) finally went back in and clip the bleeder (after he had already done 10 procedures that morning), I guess I was not a priority. Over 2 wks now & not a word from GI /my doc but the bills were right on time.

Forgive me if I don't remember all the names I do remember the faces. Scheduling was a breeze. The woman I talked to was great. Very pleasant. When I arrived the day of the procedure, :Lauren knew what she was doing. Told me everything that was going to happen. She knows what she's doing. The nurse in the exam room kept me talking about anything except what was going to happen. Kept my mind off everything. She was awesome! You have an excellent staff that makes an unpleasant visit, pleasant.

Dr. Baltz is very professional and answers all your questions w/o rushing. I wish all doctors would view patients like he does!
