Dr. Peled changed my life! I am about eight weeks post surgery and can't even recall the last time I felt so well! I am living again! I couldn't be more appreciative! I highly recommend at least a consult with Dr. P to see if you are a surgical candidate.

Dr Peled misdiagnosed me and sent me off. Spent 5 years believing I didn’t have occipital neuralgia because I trusted his opinion only to move to Ohio because of it and get diagnosed with occipital neuralgia. I made a comment about how he misdiagnosed me and I didn’t have a good experience with him but other people might have and I called now with a referral to see him and an updated diagnosis and he refused to see me as a patient. I understand he may be upset that I spoke about how my experience wasn’t pleasant but I was hoping with my new diagnosis he would be willing to help and things could be different. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Peled and his Staff. Amazing. caring Doctor and talented. I am living my life again and it’s wonderful

After spending years at multiple different, highly ranked neuro specialists for chronic headaches, within weeks of meeting Dr. Peled, my life was changed for the better. He systematically tested and targeted a peripheral nerve treatment plan that reduced my headaches by over 80%! During my treatment, he was kind, informative, and helpful. I cannot describe the amount of relief his treatment has given me. I highly recommend Dr. Peled for anyone with chronic or severe headaches.

Dr peled is a very kind man however I alm worse off after this surgery. I am only 7 weeks out so it may be too soon to write this review however the recovery has been horrendous and I would not recommend it to anyone!!! The thing that really upsets me is that I was not given any timelines or expectations for recovery prior to the surgery. To dr. Peled's credit , he did call to check in with me weekly however nothing he has said or done could eliminate the awful pain that I'm still experiencing 7 weeks post op. When I awoke from surgery I literally couldn't move my neck or head and I'm still experiencing severe neck and head pain and nothing has really loosed up. I also had an incision on top of my skull that wasn't closed properly and now is causing me facial pain. I wish I had never done this. It was the worst mistake of my life.

Dr. Peled is an extremely compassionate individual who communicates in an exemplary fashion. He took care to listen closely to my history, to initially offer a couple of diagnostic scenarios, and ask permission to investigate further for definitive answers. With this information in hand he laid out clearly my treatment options and possible outcomes. I chose to go ahead with two separate surgeries on damaged nerves. In one location my severe pain was the long term result of a car accident, and the other a viral infection, possibly shingles. Both surgeries went exactly as described with perfect results, in that extremely debilitating pain was gone. I found Dr. Peled through my sister, who had surgery for a cancer very close to her eye and couldn't say enough about Dr. Peled's skill and compassion. We are daughters of a doctor and have pretty high standards. My Vanderbilt doctor is also in awe of Dr. Peled. Dr. Peled literally gave me my life back. I struggled with Occipital Neuralgia for years. It got so bad that I was constantly stuck in bed with no quality of life. I learned about Dr. Peled from a group of people that also struggled with this condition. I live several states away and was in constant pain, so it was difficult for me to travel for a consultation. Luckily, Dr. Peled offered a Skype consultation. He took the time to go over my medical history and actually listened to me. Something I find to be rare in the medical field these days. I flew out to his office not long after with a plan to have some diagnostic procedures done. If those went well, I'd have surgery a couple days later. I'm happy to say that diagnostics did indeed go well. Now normally, I'm a high anxiety person but the morning of surgery, I wasn't nervous at all. Dr. Peled had my full trust. November 2014, I had excision of all occipital nerves. Dr. Peled found that they were severely compressed by scar tissue of an unknown origin. After a couple short months of healing, I was completely pain free. I had my life back. So much so that I decided to take advantage of this new lease on life. Knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate. Dr. Peled saved my life by giving me nerve excision surgery. I've never met a doctor so compassionate yet unbelievably knowledgable. He's honest in what he feels he can do for you and doesn't just drop you after surgery. A year after nerve surgery and I can call him any time. A true man of his profession. I wish they could all be as amazing as Dr. Peled. His coordinator Cary Ann is amazing as well. You just feel loved from the second his phone is answered.

Dr. Peled did excision surgery on my occipital nerves. It was a long recovery, but he told me it would be. He and his staff were so caring and generous and kind. After years of being shuttled from one doctor to another, always feeling like a faceless, nameless, entity, seeing Dr. Peled was refreshing and so wonderful. He, and Cary Anne, treated me like they'd known me forever and put my concerns first. I have never felt more cared for by a doctor than I did with Dr. Peled.
