Dr. Brister is a very kind and very intelligent man. My level of trust in him plummeted, though, after a procedure was started without adequate sedation. He was difficult to reach regarding problems after surgery. I did not see him for follow-up office visits, but instead had to see other professionals. He will pray with you before your procedure and that's great but you may want to say one to yourself at the same time that you don't have problems after surgery.
