First time seeing Dr Segota My oncologist for 15+ years fell off my insurance 6 years ago was on the search for another Dr went to see a different oncologist and was treated very badly was told you don't have cancer anymore so you don't have to come back ever!! I was speechless after seeing my primary he said go find another oncologist. Very caring, knowledgeable and concerned doctor. Takes her time explaining your case and responding to your questions.

Dr Segota truly cares for her patients, and takes the time to listen and understand their concerns. I would 100% recommend seeing her for continued care or a second opinion.

The service that I received from MD Zdenka Sagota was excellent. Appointment made, patient showed up with FIL nurse. Waited. Doctor must have had other things to do. I wonder where the secret exit is hidden!

I’m actually shocked to read the previous review about Dr. Segota. I’ve been to more than one oncologist outside of Holy Cross, and I can say that she is, by far, the MOST compassionate. I understand how hard it is to go through cancer treatment and stay positive. Yet, Dr. Segota sees many patients in their most difficult season of life, and she always comes into the exam room with a warm and gentle attitude. She and the entire staff are fantastic!

My sister has seen Dr. Segota on and off for 3 years. 1) Doesn't read reports. 2) No communication skills 3) No compassion 4) Never returns calls to tell you about your results 5) To busy to care. It's a shame that a Dr. can deal with critically ill patients with such a lack of empathy. I would never recommend this Dr. to anyone.

Awful, fake doesn't care about my Dad who at all! No follow up to calls, my mom has been trying to reach her for two weeks no call backs. My dad is falling and delirious and we have no idea what to do..Our family is in crisis and not a phone call nothing from her. She's away on business is all we get from nurses, no compassion for patients can't even find out test results for my father, sent messages through health portal and called, its been 2 weeks nothing! Stay far away from her she is fake and no empathy.

I have been under her care for the past four years. I think she is one of best! Minimum weight times, her office staff are fabulous as is her nurse.

Disorganised, late and not following through. Lovely and compasionate at the begining but all fake since she forgets about what she said last time, doesnt read the notes before the appointment, not consistent in opinion.

Dr. Segota is one of the best physicians I have ever had care for me. She is so knowledgeable and uses that knowledge to plan my care accordingly. In addition she is so kind and truly goes the extra mile for her patients. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Segota to anyone.

Very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. Very confident in her care. Lovely person.
