Dr. Yuan Chen

I cannot recommend this doctor.

I had a Radio nerve ablation on my knee. Three nerves to hit and Dr. Chen missed all of them. I've had no pain relief at all. I have not received a follow up after I let them know. This was a huge waste of time and money.

I found the receptionist extremely friendly and tried her hardest to help me because she understand I was under a lot of pain and scheduled phone conference with Dr. Chen and scheduled immediate appointment also Dr Chen was highly recommended to me from one of my customer.

Dr Chen is a brilliant man so very kind and very tender hearted to suffering. The office is very pleasant and all staff so caring. But the best is how he keeps my scoliosis back and hip free from pain

Very rude receptionist. After her snarky tone I decided to go elsewhere. It's the healthcare field, one would think they would have someone in that position that can help people not hang up on them...

Dr Chin has helped me very much plus very caring and understanding. I was very apprehensive about this procedure but he makes it quite comfortable. His assistant Matt plus Nurse Melissa have always been very caring and understanding. Jennifer was extremely helpful to me with all my needs and concerns, always getting back to me with the info I needed. Lisa the receptionist is always kind and helpful.

Dr. Chen is amazing!! You can tell how greatly he cares. My procedure went incredibly smooth and so much better than I could have ever imagined. I will recommend him to everyone

Literally one of the best doctors I have ever seen! He listens, he cares, he discusses your pain and the plan. When I felt I was running out of options Dr Chen offered me so much! If your in pain and need someone to listen to you chose this DR. One of the nicest facilities I’ve been too, the staff is kind and considerate!

Dr Chen is very professional and communicates well with what he will be doing.

Dr. Chen and his staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Chen has listened to me when other doctors have not. I appreciate that he works with me to find a way to manage my pain. I like that he hasn't just given me a prescription and said I'll see you in six months like other doctors I've seen.

Dr Chen has been attending to neck pain for several years now and has given me my quality of life back. This is a specialty practice area of Dr Chen. He is wonderful to work with and has always listened to me and treated me with respect. I recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for interventional pain treatment.

Dr. Chen is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He and his office staffs are very nice to patients. He cured my back pain. I could go back to work on 2nd day!

My back pain started when I was only 18 years old, Dr. Chen performed two lumbar epidural cortisol shots while I was under his care and I have been pain free ever since. During my procedure Dr. Chen was very upbeat and humorous which helped put me at ease. He is a very caring physician who puts his patients first. When my father has unexplained foot pain, he was able to make an appointment with Dr. Chen within a few days. The office and nursing staff at Dr. Chens office are very professional!

About 3 years ago, I visited Dr. Chen because of pain in knee. I could not walk for several days. However, after he gave me a shot, I could start to walk within a few hours. Since the treatment, the knee pain has never come back. Last year, I visited him due to pain in my ankle and foot. After the visit, I had soon recovered from the foot pain. I would recommend him to my friends and family members not only because he is professional & knowledgeable, but also because he is caring!

Dr. Chen is the most considerate and knowledgeable doctor I've met yet when it came to treating my pain. He listened closely when i spoke about my history and situation and was very understanding when I asked him to explain all of the procedures and how it was suppose to help me. I highly reccomend seeing him for any type of pain. The staffs he hires are also so helpful, professional, and kind!

Dr Chen has been treating my back pain with success for several years. I continue to see Dr Chen for his interventional pain management, and he has been so kind, and willing to listen. You could not be in better hands.

Dr. Chen was very professional and knowledgeable in treating my shoulder pain. He was able to explain the cause of the pain in a way that I could understand easily and treated it on the spot. I left confident about the diagnosis. Would highly recommend this place!

I just visited this doctor today. He is very condescending. He asked me questions and then cut me off when I tried to answer. I was listening to his tone with other patients too and it was the same thing. If you don’t want injections don’t see him. He has no other solution and will tell you that he knows of no other options. Sad that such uncaring doctors exist.

It is a pleasure to review the care I continue to receive from Dr. Chen. After enduring long term pain I was convinced that my life would now become sedentary. No activity. With treatment I received, the pain that took over my life is gone. I highly recommend Dr Chen. He is very caring and professional and is determined to help each patient. It’s as though it is a personal goal with him to Stop the Pain!

Dr. Chen seems to only have one option for your pain, injections. The one injection I received left me in much more pain than before and possibly permanently disabled. Even knowing my reaction to the first shot, he continues to suggest that if I just had a couple more, I might get some relief.

From the beginning of my appointment to the end I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Dr. Chen is very caring and will stop at nothing to help his patient. The rest of his staff June, Lisa, Matt and of course Marcella are wonderful, friendly and very seasoned in the field of pain management and patient care. I will continue to see TheTop staff after I am cured!

Dr. Chen is the best at what he does and is very concerned about his patients.

Over the last few years, Dr. Chen has blocked the extremely painful CRPS in one foot and we are almost there for the other foot. All the lumbar injections were smooth and he made me feel like we were a team to solve these issues.

Continued -Since then I am capable of walking and my meds are down to 6. I still have pain medication but I am taking a lower dose and not as strong medicine. His staff are friendly, welcoming and excellent to work with. If you are suffering from pain and want a Doctor who is respected in the community and knows what he is doing I highly recommend Dr. Chen.

Dr. Chen is an amazing professional doctor. After years of various pt, at home exercises, and feeling hopelessness his recommended treatment made me a living, walking human being again. Dr. Chen knew exactly what he needed to do to help me and NOT use me as a long term DEPENDENT patient. Highly recommend, you won't be sorry.

When I called to make my initial appointment with Dr. Chen I made it very clear I was switching doctors. I wanted a doctor closer to my home. After talking with Dr Chen, he told me he does not take over from other doctors and will not prescribe medication from other doctors. While I was questioning him about why I was not told this before I made an appointment, Dr. Chen became very belligerent, condescending, and stormed out of the room. Do not see Dr. Chen.

I can't thank him and his staff enough for all they do for me. If you ever need someone for pain treatment, medial botox, pain stimulators or pumps and much more check him out. What a caring place to be.

Dr.Chen is my angel of mercy..He has helped me to regain a big part of my life.I was in alot of pain and barely able to walk. He's patient and actively listens to my concerns. He works diligently to help me achieve my goals. I'm able to walk daily,sleep better, and I've lost weight. His staff is one of the best I have worked with. They are warm patient and empathetic.

This man is one of the best doctors I've ever met. He's super knowledgeable, trustworthy and he's helped me a ton over the years. I cannot stress how much respect I have for him and how he's treated me (literally) over the years.

If this review is based on Dr Chen and dr. Chen only five stars. He has done several injections on my back and shoulder and I've had great results. During office visits he takes his time to hear you out and answer all questions you have. For the first time in many years I now have very limited lower back pain all because of Dr Chen. He's now working on my shoulder to get the same results. About some of the reviews on his office I do have to agree but Mr. Chen 5 stars hands down.

Terrible doctor. Very unprofessional and downright rude. See someone else. The fact that I was able to get a same day appointment, and the waiting room was empty was a telltale sign that this is NOT the doc you want to see. His response to every question I asked was I wouldn't know how to treat you.

Dr Chen assisted with two separate issues - slipped disk in C4/C5 and chronic headaches at C1/C2. Both issues were addressed individually and I have been healed for 1.5 years now. Very happy with Dr. Chen and his staff.

Had two injections. They did not work. Lots of upbeat talk. Skip this and go right to a neurosurgeon.

The worst experience ever!!! Got cortisone shots before even Dr. saw my MRI. After the shots the pain got even worse. I called the office, I emailed them , no one ever called me back. No one called me about my MRI report either. Since no one cares about how I feel I canceled my next appointment using top pains website. Looks like no one recieved my messages again. Soon I started receiving text messages confirming my next appointment that I canceled weeks ago. Worst customer service ever !!!
