I had a terrible experience with Dr. Dinged due to my hesitancy in vaccinating my newborn. I have done plenty of my own research and when I would try to explain myself, Dr. Yolanda would talk over me and used fear tactics to try and bully me into vaccinating. Due to my choice to not vaccinate, my child is no longer welcome to be treated by their practice at East Suburban. I am appalled by her lack of professionalism and the practice as a whole to turn my child away. I do not recommend Dr. Dingess as my experience left me feeling like I was being talked at and not being listened to and respecting my decisions.

Dr. Dingess doesn't listen at all or acknowledge the fact that we know our children better than anyone. She is very loud, abrasive, and treated me an idiot on more than one occasion. She doesn't know that I have experience in healthcare, but she wouldn't care because she knows it all (a call about med dosage went on for 15 min as she lectured me--others told me they would have hung up on her). We seem to get her for every sick visit because no one else likes her either.

Dr. Dingess is patient, kind, and supportive. You can tell she really does care for her patients and their families.

Horrid bedside manor. Actually yelled at me when I didn't agree with what she wanted me to do with my child.
