I called and received Dr. Patel as the doctor on call. I was in excruciating pain and needed medication that was safe for my kidneys. The doctor actually spoke to the message line and told them that it wasn't an emergency to be calling at 5:30 in the morning! Despite actually already talking to the message line, he refused to help at all. I had already spent the entire night without sleep from the pain I was in, and all he needed to do was call in a prescription.
