What am AMAZINGLY fantastic physician! I'm a new patient and have had a wonderful experience thus far. Dr. is very thorough and spent ample time w/me and I didn't feel rushed at all. It is very evident that he genuinely cares and listens to his patients. On top of that, he is very kind. The office staff has been great and overall, impressed w/the practice. I am a current patient at affiliated Dermatology in surprise,AZ. I have been under the excellent care of Dr Mengesha for over a year. I'm currently very happy with my progress I have made. Dr. M is a great MD and listen to my main concerns and has been very instrumental in my medical care and well being . The staff @ affderm. Is excellent.

I was a brand new patient and I waited a month for an appointment here, just for the doctor to see me for not even five minutes. He looked at my skin and gave me a prescription without asking about my routine/products I use on my face. He was reluctant to even answer the questions I had for the prescription he was giving me. I went home and used a different type of face wash under his suggestion and it has made my skin super dry, red, and sensitive. I do not even plan on picking up the prescription.

I have been seeing Dr. Mengesha for almost 10 years. In that time he has seen me for everything from oily skin to cancer biopsies. Dr. Mengesha is smart, well trained, straightforward, and professional. I have also had great success working with his office staff. They are warm, friendly, and responsive. I have seen other dermatologists in the Valley, and Dr. Mengesha is hands down the best.

I went in for facial injections, 3 days later I called them as there was ZERO improvements. I went back in and it was literally a bait and switch! Pay us double and you will see result, I DONT THINK SO!!!!!!

Dr. Mengesha doesn't follow through on what he says he will do. My son saw him for acne and after talking to him for 5 minutes decided he may be depressed, we were forced to see a psych dr for him to continue his meds which he said he would call in once cleared by psych dr). After following instructions and having a letter from the psych dr faxed to the office he is now refusing to give my son his meds until we make another office visit when he was just seen 2 weeks ago. Very frustrated!!!!!!

Dr. Mengesha is very thorough!!! He has a very nice bedside manner as well. I am glad that I have found him!

No advance explanation of procedures or how charges were to be tallied. I explained to Doctor, I had gone camping recently, had cuts from thorns. I pointed out the healing cuts as we proceeded, but he hit at least 2 multiple times with the freeze-blast. I thought, ok, whatever, but meanwhile the nurse was documenting every pull of the trigger, out of my line of sight. Later billed for 14 blasts, I only counted 7. Called their billing to dispute but told too bad, correct procedures were followed
