Very fast paced I was in and out. N quickly. Didn't seem interested in previous lab results from the ER and didn't offer much if any technical information or an explanation of my situation just said probably stress or boredom.

amazing dad !! he’s probably a good doctor too!!

The supporting staff at Dr S. Shareef are the most kind people! However, Dr Yasir S. Shareef is rude condescending and he will gaslight your symptoms. I hated being alone with him because I felt so uncomfortable. His office staff even told me to go see other neurologists, because Shareef is not good. After seeing him for chiari malformation he told me I was fine and would have to live with my symtoms for the rest of my life. A week later I had to spend a week in er, neurosurgeons want to operate because my chiari malformation is so bad it's blocking my spinal fluid flow which could cause mental defects and death. Do your research before you see this doctor. If he isn't famliar with your condition he will gaslight you. Don't give up, find someone who listens and respects you! The supporting staff at Dr S. I went to see this neurologist about a balance problem due to a stroke and he repeatedly accused me of being drunk...I do not drink! He did not even take time to review my MRI results from previous doctor. Very dissatisfied

Worst dr ever ! My girlfriend went to this dr due to an issue with pulsatile tinnitus in the ear . He argued with her . YES argued and told her that her problem was irrelevant because there are no arteries in the neck. Are you kidding me !?! What “neurologist” thinks there are no arteries in the neck !? He then proceeded to tell her she is going dead, even though she had seen an ent and passed a hearing test with flying colors. Seriously the worst dr ever ! Worst dr ever ! Literally have no words. First the office is gross! Like hasn’t been wiped down or at least vacuumed in months gross. I waited 2 hours past my appointment time to get back to see him all for him to tell me my issues weren’t possible. Then also had the nerve to tell me alllll the genetic testing and reports I brought to show him were a gimmick!!! I’ve never had a doctor or even seen a doctor speak to a patient that way. I would recommend him to anyone who has seizures or migraines. He knows what he's doing.

I was suffering from narcolepsy and sleep apnea. Dr Shareef was very thorough and professional. He helped me tremendously. I would definitely recommend him to anyone suffering from sleep disorders.

I saw Dr. Shareef as a result of ER visit that turned into a hospital stay. I liked him and found that he answered questions, was busy but the floor had a number of emergencies that day, he came back and answered questions again and followed up with MRI which he let me know was all okay. I liked him. I will follow up with appointment as suggested in discharge papers

Dr.shareef is the best neurologist in the state of arizona. He has been my doctor since 2011 and i tell family and friends about him. From miss karenanne mathews.

This doctor is wonderful! I went here in May for testing to see if I had epilepsy. Dr Shareef listens to your concerns and gives valuable feedback as does his staff.

Dr. Shareef has been my neurologist since 2006. After seeing multiple neurologist before him. I was very dissatisfied with the other!!! But after trying many different medications and getting my vagus nerve stimulator. That he had recommended, my seizures have been doing very well!!! I'm surprised to see (-) reviews. I've met with him a few times and he was very open to diff types of seizures and why they happen. I've done great at the half dose of what was prescribed. The people at the front were great especially when I had 5 specific questions for them before considering going to them & they passed all of them with flying colors. My service dog is welcomed as well & I am treated on a level where it seems like what I have to say is meaningful. Thank you! Kristina/Patriot!

I found Dr. Shareef to have little knowledge regarding the diseases his own test results (MRI's, CT Scans) reveal. Abnormal numbers are not acknowledged or explained, his ability to answer questions is not consistent, and the time spent with patients is minimal. An appointment was made at the last minute without explanation as to the need for it. A pain medication was suggested. I answered it wasn't necessary-no prescription was given. On the next visit, he asked if the meds had helped.

Untimely: constantly changes his instructions from visit to visit regarding medications. He causes this patient a lot of anguish. He does not listen to pain issues. Quick to come to different conclusion at every visit.

Dr Shareef listens to what the patient has to say and makes decisions WITH the patient, first explaining all the options and then helping the patient to decide.

Absolutely the worse place you could possibly go! Showed up at 12:45pm my appointment was at 1:00pm, was told to show at 12:50 to fill out the new patient paper work. When I showed up I walked in signed in and sat down because no one was at the front desk. maybe 5 minutes later someone came out and said, "are you hear to see Dr. Shareef?" I replied, "yes" they told me that someone will be out to give me the paper work in a few minutes. So I sat there a few minutes later someone came and gave me the paper work I filled it out once I was done I went up to the desk again no one was there and I stood and waited for someone to come and take it finally after standing there for a little while someone came and grabbed it and they had me pay my copay and then they got me back right away by then it was about 1:13. They got me to the room I sat there and a nurse came in and took my vitals and left it was about 1:24 my then and I sat there and waited and waited and waited and as I waited I could hear the women at the desk talking poorly about one of the other patients! FINALLY around 2:17 the "Doctor" came in and talked to me for 5 minutes maybe and told me the reason I was passing out was because I'm pregnant. Which is completely false. First time I passed out was two years ago and I was not pregnant back then. After he said that and I talk to him about it he said he wants a follow up in 4 weeks and a EKG he left and told me to stay Inthe room and he left the door open I sat in there for another 10 minutes or so and they lady and the desk yelled for me and was scheduling my follow up and ekg which they were trying to get me to do on two different days which means paying the not so cheap copay twice! I will not be going back to see this terrible "Doctor" and I would never recommend him to anyone even my worst enemy! This office and Doctor doesn't even deserve one star! Dr Shareef is the BEST. He is up to date on all the medical news. Wish he was my primary dr.

Terrible. He knew nothing about my disease (Neurofibromatosis) and they scheduled an appointment for me without telling me,and I was billed for that appointment for being a no show, I called the office and they said "oh, we didn't have the right phone number"

My appointment was at 1:00 the got me back at 1:13 well I was waiting in the room for the dr the women's at the front desk were talking poorly about another patient. Dr finally came in around 2:17 talk to me for maybe five minutes told me the reason I was passing out is because I'm pregnant which yes I'm pregnant but first time I passed out was TWO YEARS AGO I was not pregnant TWO YEARS AGO!
