Dr. Xiaohul Fan

Dr. Fan diagnosed my problem without looking at me or reviewing any of my records. Even after I told him about the finding from another physician he ignored it. He was supposed to call and discuss further once he got my records, but never even called. I would look for someone else.

I have seen Dr. Fan twice. He prescribed me medications I have been on with no luck because he would not listen. I can only get ahold of him once a week as he is only in that office once a week. After me calling multiple weeks in a row he refused to assist me and didn't order any other tests. I will not be going back to this Doctor. He didn't even bother acting like he cared even though thats what he is supposed to get paid for..

I have an insurance policy that I’m supposed to pay $35 copay. In order to have a Study done, I was told I had to pay the difference between what he charges and what the insurance company would pay and I had to pay it up front. It’s nothing more than legal robbery. The insurance company even called the office on my behalf. It can’t be a difficult test as my Appointment is at closing. Unfortunately, Midwest Orthopedics needs the test to determine action needed to determine action to save the use of my hand. This office has no regard for the patient. They’re only interested in the money.

He keeps trying but never gets it right. I would give another doctor a try

Dr fan is a quack he says only people with cancer needs pain pills he does not care if you hurt hes just care for cancer people not people with chronic back or arthritis i had 2 back surgeries 6 screws in my back 4 dics replaced a anchor in both shoulders knee surgery and he said i dont need pain help i cant walk at times if you dont have cancer hes useless hes not from america cant understand him hes a qauck dont see him

I am very happy with the care and friendly personnel. Dr. Fan is one of the best!
