Willie Underwood III

I saw Dr. Underwood twice this year for a urology matter at Guthrie in Corning. I had an absolutely awful experience with him. During all of my interactions with him I found him to be arrogant, apathetic, and abusive. At the first appointment he was physically rough during a basic genitals examination, and said he had never heard of my symptoms before. He recommended a cystoscopy without first trying a basic urinalysis. He said it would be painless and easy. In the 2nd appointment for the cystoscopy a nurse spent 10 min with me getting me prepped. He then came in the room, did not say a substantial word to me, and within 30 seconds put a camera inside me without asking me if I was ready. Neither he or anyone else explained anything about what the procedure was going to feel like or how it was going to work. And did not stop the procedure even after I told him I was feeling extreme pain and yelling at him to stop. I felt extreme pain while urinating for a week and it still hurts.
