I had a great experience with my cleaning and filling work. HOWEVER, at the time of service during the cleaning I asked how much out of pocket my filling would cost… I was told only $60. I was surprised and asked if that is ALL I would owe and was told yes. I told them if I owed more I would wait and schedule come January for the repair since I was upgrading my dental insurance then. They reassured me all I would owe is $60 so I scheduled my apt. (The dentist should know of this exact situation, he was in the room when I said ALL of this, they should fix their wrong!!) Come to find out I now have a $540 bill I have to pay. Roughly $200+ for the cleaning (which I was willing to take my hit on) and now $200+ for a filling I was told would only be $60. I wonder what the cash price is for this work if you don’t have any insurance?! I would’ve returned in the future for more work due to friendliness and the dentists knowledge. I even recommended them to my family before this. However, due to their lack of knowledge with insurance, I won’t be back. I trusted when they called my insurance before my services they knew what I was to owe. I see a review of a similar situation two years ago… I am MAD they take advantage of people. The manager even told me to ask my insurance at the time of enrollment of my new plan to set my effective date for before my cleaning visit and insurance would cover more… I’m no expect, but I’m sure this insurance fraud! I was referred to Dr. Miller. It was a good experience. I learned how my insurance worked and I will be going making him my main dentist!

Dr. Miller is an excellent dentist. He and his staff are extremely professional. They communicate with the patient throughout the process and make sure your appointment is a comfortable and pleasant experience.

I went here one time and never again. I was assured repeatedly that the cleaning would not come out of pocket, even when I talked to billing. A couple of months later I received a notice that I had been sent to collections over a $20 bill. I had not received ANY prior notice that I owed money, just this bill from a collections agency. So not only did they lie about the cleaning costing out of pocket (I had very simple military insurance, it’s either covered or it’s not) but they put a ding in our credit by not sending my husband and I any notice before hand. I enjoy going to Dr.Miller he is way gentle and better then kool smiles believe me ????

Dr. Miller is the most caring dentist I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Not to mention his office is immaculate, no dust flying around in there. I made many visits to his office and both Dr. Miller and his staff treated me wth utmost of care and concern. I have seen several other dentist since Dr. Miller did major dental work for me and they all commented on the good job Dr. Miller had done on my teeth. Very dissapointed with their costumer service. I was trying to make an appt for my kids, and the lady on the other end, was very rude the whole time, and because I didn't have my insurance info on hand her answer was "Call back later". So, I ended up making the appointments somewhere else, where costumer service was exepcional.
